We were delighted and pleased with the excellent service that we receive from Intelligence, particularly Katie Tempest, who was patient, persistent and ensured that our sale made it over the line albeit 4 months since agreeing a sale. We had a very difficult landlord and were trying to assign a lease to a new buyer, Katie chased both his legal team and managing agents tirelessly. The service was remarkable and I would highly recommend them when selling your business.

Jovin and Paul are polite, responsive and helpful. Even though we could not reach a deal, I cannot recommend them enough.

Samantha dealt with my sale and she was excellent at communicating and did a great job however when she was on holiday etc messages got missed and prospective buyers were left waiting or missed all together. My initial evaluation was way too high which became clear when prospective buyers starting looking into figures (Intelligent were unaware that an Etsy shop couldn't be sold which resulted in a dissappointing 50% reduction on the sale price).

Samantha Saville has been brilliant at communicating each step of the sale to us. Fantastic service, couldn't thank Samantha enough. Great asset to intelligent. Highly recommend, don't even bother to look elsewhere. Gav :)

Mark has been very helpful. We wanted to enquire about a valuation for our business and he has been so informative and given me some very valuable information.
