We are so sorry to hear this Mala, we were not informed from the florist that they had not delivered. We are pleased however, that they sent extra flowers and chocolates to compensate but we know this doesn't take away from the fact they were late in arriving. Poor Communication
This was my first time using this Interflora NZ.
When I pay good money for goods, I’m not expecting the company to go beyond the call of service, I just want good service. In this case I got poor customer service. Left 2 messages regarding my order, both went unanswered. Sent 2 emails and finally the second message I received a reply and with the information I was asking for.
I will continue to use interflora in the future and hope their service will be much better, fingers crossed

Ordered flowers and box of chocolates…
Ordered flowers and box of chocolates for daughter’s birthday as I live in another town. Beautiful flowers were delivered on birthday but I got a message to say “courier left chocolates at shop so will deliver them next day”. I was very disappointed as that is not the same thing. I said I don’t want chocolates delivered next day and asked for refund, this was given no problems. However the gift I imagined wasn’t quite right

I got advised flowers were in there way but not that they had been delivered.
