House renovated and extended in late summer 2023. Advised these blinds were the best for bi-folds and patio doors even though more expensive. 000’s spent and after just over 2 years cord frayed and snapped and told by installer (Hillarys) ‘irreparable’, ‘out of warranty’, ‘we don’t stock the colour anymore’ ..effectively you’re on your own but welcome to buy some more at north of £300 a pop plus installation (we have x5 of the same installed).

Only now apparent a well known and common problem with Intu micro pleated blinds …if only we’d known?! A poor product with shocking after sales service at a premium price.

Be warned and seek an alternative…Don’t buy!

INTU Milton Keynes were incredibly helpful when I left my shopping bag in one of the stores - they positively went out of my way to help me, and my forgotten shopping was safely returned!

Purchased a Trafford Centre gift card which I thought they were sending out as a gift , they said I have to collect and I was unable to so would like a refund , two weeks still havent received my refund and its hard to get through to giftify who deals with this they don't reply to my emails, disgusting customer service I just want my money back.

Had a survey done I did tell the gentleman that came around knocking on my door to see if I needed an installation. I said look, I have had this done before and no one sorted anything out so I come and give you 1 last chance. Send your estimated, have a look around. Apparently I should have had loft installation. And the same company, but they've changed their name now said they did the insulation and there's a letter in the loft. They've left there that they've done nothing? I ask the guy or can you give me that letter and he goes no, it has to stay in the loft. Someone's supposed to call me again to come and do this wall Cavity installation and the loft no one has ,I even rang, and was told by a guys said we'll ring you back. No one, ring you back it's a waste of time all they is they get all your information claim off the government, pocket the money and sell your number to marketing

Parcel arrived and the contents are scruffy, out of retail packaging and clearly used or returns! Packing is an absolute joke too, might as well have sent the items to me in a bin bag!!

Trafford centre is my favourite shopping centre. Service from staff is above and beyond and the stores are conveniently placed. A massive variety of food and coffee shops!!

Me and the hubby visited the Trafford Centre for the first time today, I can't get over how big it is and the food hall was amazing! We'll definitely be back here for another shopping day! :-)

Wish they can do something with the availability of dining space in Trafford CEntre Manchester...

I was in the Braehead shopping centre today Sunday 12 th Dec. and was disappointed at the amount of people walking about with no masks on, I spoke to a cleaner and asked what the policy was for wearing masks and she wasn’t sure she wasn’t wearing a mask either I explained it’s the the law she should be wearing a mask and there were security staff wandering about not bothering to ask people to put their masks on, I felt a bit unsafe don’t think I’ll be back.

Absolutely disgusting. My daughters face mask blew away in the wind after leaving college. She approached security and asked if she could get help to buy a new mask from Boots, so that she could get back home on the bus. They refused point blank, saying she couldn't come in without a mask and didn't offer to call ahead for assistance. How much trouble is it to make one relayed call, this is pathetic and speaks volumes about the people that they employ in security.

Went to use an intu gift card....expires in one year? Part of which we have been locked down... that shows a very poor regard for your customers. Amazon is always open and their gift cards last 10 years. Who do you think I'll use next time?

Trafford Center security guard

After entering the Greco Roman labyrinth known as the car park, 15 minutes after managing to park the car, myself and my colleague max entered the shopping Center on Saturday afternoon, not sure what we did or didn’t do as within 2 minutes a man abruptly approached us and shouted across and over me to my colleague.... where’s yar maskKSS, the irony being he wasn’t wearing one himself and sprayed the alphabet all over me, we didn’t have masks and neither did any of the hundreds of shoppers promenading with their families, my friend asked him if he had a mask and a warrant card, to which he replied where’s your card? Now I was just confused, turns out the guy I thought was from the bureau de change having a "going postal" meltdown is actually a security guard, he broke the two meter rule and mask rule whilst trying to apply the lash to myself and my colleague, whether intended or not this mans personal hygiene was tremendously neglected, had I known I would have worn two masks, his breath matched his attitude and had the funk of a recently excavated mass grave, i give this review one gold star because that’s what I felt my colleague should have been wearing on his arm, the way he was sonically accosted by this mal adjusted cretin, then the destroyer of worlds and tooth brushes just walked away saying nothing more, this just leaving me now dumbfounded and completely more confused than 5 minutes ago, after looking around at last, I was rapidly realising for the price of a jacket in this place, trainers and ck underwear we could have driven to the airport and gone to Ibiza for a weekend!

The security seem to enjoy wasting police time.

I as a Contractor,i was walking down the underground footpath to service area,to sign in.Even though there is a door in the mall entrance corridor.Which would be easier to access,if they made simple changes to the log in office foyer..Been that way for years.
Anyway As I am approximately half way down the service area footpath I am then approached coming from the opposite direction over past half way down ,by an intu worker who has now entered the same footpath from the opposite direction ,who has gone for a smoke..Now the footpath is only a metre wide with railings.In an effort to maintain social distancing I then cross the road entrance where there is a break in the barrier, and walk down the road itself on the opposite side,with no traffic coming in or out..At which point I am confronted by the gate office staff and asked why I am not walking on the footpath .when I explain why,I am given a barrage of abuse from the intu guy who approached me on the path,who has gone for a smoke, about I've got more chance of getting hit by a truck than getting Corona virus.I was also repremanded by the guy in the control office saying I could have stood to one side.Actually as I was on the path when it was empty ,your own staff should have waited at the bottom until I had exited the area.i actually don't want to get hit by a truck or catch cironavirus.You treat contractors with utter rudeness, and utter disregard.your attitude to maintaining sicial distancing is non existent..Your rude and arrogant, judging by the reviews not only to contractors but to visitors as well..This has been going on for years at this place.This place is the worst intu establishment I have ever had to deal with,for over a number of years.

Not a bad day out, lots of variety however
Too busy and over priced in some places

Tried using my Christmas voucher at intu metro centre on 27th Dec but although the system crashed my voucher was debited. I was told by the shop assistant that they were told by intu customer services to tell customers it would take 3 days to put the credit back on the cards. Its Jan. 5th today & my money has still not been credited. I gave my grandchildren cash this Christmas, usually give them a voucher. I recommend not using their vouchers at busy times of the year. I know this is not the first year there has been such a problem.

I love that Watford intu is so accessible online and I was able to use my gift cards online and in store I feel that it just depends were u go. Maybe when writing these name the place so others know the best place to go to for shopping experience and gift card purchase
