Intu Reviews 

Firstly, I am all in favour of inclusiveness, but not to the point of segregation. In the toilets in this intu Braehead we have "quiet rooms" one for men and one for women entered only via the men and womens toilets. I went into the male one to find its a muslim prayer room, complete with prayer mats etc, no other faith represented.Can we not not just call it what it is? So we have two Islamic prayer rooms one for men one for women nether suited for any purpose other than Islamic prayer. So my wife and I cant enter a "quiet room" together?

political correctness gone crazy.

a very large but dull shopping centre, weirdly in the middle of nowhere..... I have no idea how it survives. It needs free buses or at least some kind of transport incentive.

My parents visited me from up north and as my mother finds it hard to get around these days she has to use a wheelchair. I was concerned about the ease of getting around but had no problems at all. From the very start at the car park the Mobility staff were very friendly and helped find a suitable parking bay, then the staff on the info desk were very friendly towards my mother when arranging the free parking voucher. The gentleman (I forgot his name) engaged my mother in conversation and helped make the day really nice for her. It's nice to see good old-fashioned customer service.

Lakeside shopping Centre is a great place to be, I enjoy shopping there and taking my children to playworld.
I went to the shopping centre on the 8th May 2016 with my family. We were lost in the mall trying to locate a particular place so we decided to ask at the customer service desk. When i got there i was the only one waiting in line to speak the front desk and later joined by another woman. There two people at the front desk meant to be attending to queries; a lady (on the phone) and a man standing next to her. I waited a while and there was not response then I decided to go. Just about the time for me to exit their office i looked back and saw the lady dropping the phone and the man immediately attending to the woman that was behind me.
This makes me wonder why i was being ignored. Dont they say they treat all HUMANS equal? If they do why was ignored and as soon as i left attending to someone (in their eyes) have the right appearance? I do not consider myself being paranoid, so this wasn't imagined as my family saw the whole picture. This experience messed my whole day up and i will not be visiting this place in a hurry. Smh

Absolute scam.
This review doesn't even concern a great amount of money, just a very disappointed four year old child!
I ordered and paid for a Letter from Santa pack, on 19th November. Delivery around 11th December. My Grandson waiting for the postman every day leading up to Christmas to no avail.
I rang Intu customer service on the 23rd and, was promised a refund.
As yet i haven't received the refund.
Rubbish and untrustworthy.

I was a little bit skeptical of the intu exclusive deals that were posted at first (the prices seem too good to be true and there weren't many good reviews on intu.co.uk available). Nonetheless, I ordered an intu exclusive item on Saturday, 5th of December 2015. There was no C&C option so I had to wait up to 15 workings days (mentioned in the checkout) for Standard Delivery.

On the 18th of December, I started to get worried since it was billed to me but there were no news or update about my item at all (no emails and the order was still "processing" in my intu account). I gave them a call and I was told that they will contact the retailer and call me afterwards to give me an update. I waited but there was no call from them.

I gave them another ring on the 21st of December (Monday). It was a different person (his name was Max) but he told me the same thing (he will contact the retailer and give me a update afterwards). At this point in time, I lowered my expectations and was prepared to cancel my order. However, he did contact me back and told me it was already dispatched and should be with me by Wednesday. So I waited and I did really received it on the 23rd of December (Wednesday). Ironically, I received an email from intu on the 24th saying that my order has now been dispatched. Intu really needs to keep a good track of their customers' orders and start communicating/updating to them as well if they want to earn credibility in the eyes of their customers.

TL;DR: Ordered an intu Exclusive deal item and got it but intu needs to improve in tracking & updating their customer about their orders.
