I will rebound with a 4 star for the customer service finally releasing me from the grip. This company is trying hard, and I apologize for my initial rev, however, that was the only recourse for closure. Best of lack as you pave forward!

I have attempted to cancel my subscription 4 times & yet, I still receive my “thank you for your re-subscription payment!
They are NEVER GOING TO STOP CHARGING YOUR ACCOUNT! It’s a SCAM!!!!

They charged me twice by saying I clicked a box asking for an extra order (I was sure I didn’t) when trying to communicate to get a refund they tried to short hand me and it was hard to even talk to someone. I even had to reach out to them to get a confirmation they even received the return over 2 weeks after I sent it. I worked with Veronica the entire time and it was a horrible experience. I couldn’t imagine trying to get a hold of someone if there was an actual issue with the device.

I knew that it was time to invest in a safety device as I live alone. But, I wanted a nice looking "piece of jewelry" device and needed it to work away from home when I am out and about. The Invisawear has been the answer. I pay to have it connected to ADT, which feels much safer. I now have one in silver and one in gold. When I don't want to wear it as a necklace, I will either wear it as a bracelet or attach it to my purse. I know it works because twice I have accidentally touched it, and both times, ADT immediately contacted me. The battery of both necklaces have lasted well over a year, so far. Customer Service has been helpful (even though there is no phone number to call) and the price point is excellent for a safety device.

I really love this. InvisaWear pendant is kind of like having a guardian angel over you. If I ever feel unsafe, it’s just two clicks away and multiple people will know where I’m at.

I dislike that after 1 year I need to purchase a new necklace I understand that the battery needs to be replaced, however having to purchase a new necklace charm at the same cost or more than the original is not acceptable.

When you no longer need their service it's
impossible to get verification that they are no longer charging you a monthly fee.
Also, they have NO public telephone listed anywhere online. Save your money and go elsewhere. Crappy company!

I am a returning customer to Invisawear. I’ve just purchased my second device after somehow misplacing my first one. I have always believed in doing what I can to stay safe. I am a small middle age woman and although I live in a safe community, bad things happen everywhere!!! I feel like this device offers a bit of security for me and helps my family know that if anything were to happen that they’d know where I am and that ADT would contact the police. I would highly recommend Invisawear!!

I do not like the fact that the battery is not rechargeable, which means that a new has to be brought every year. I wish I would have known that in the beginning. When I received my replacement it was not connecting. It took me three time sending emails for someone to finally call me to try an resolve the issue. In the end another one had to me mailed to me as the one I brought must have been defective. Other than that I do like the sense of security I feel when wearing it. The second replacement I got connected fine.

The jewelry only works if your phone is near. What? That doesn't help. Any bad person gets rid of your phone first. Now your jewelry doesn't work.

I received my first InvisaWear necklace from my daughter as a Christmas present. That was four years ago. Overtime I have returned them or replace them for not working properly. First one went off in the middle of the night police were at my door. Informing me that my sister had got a message that I was in trouble. That one was returned. They replaced it. However, within a year it stopped working sent it to be looked at was told it had water damage. Even though I did not get it wet. Purchased another one again, returned it because it stopped working. Also was told it had water damage. Starting to believe they come with water damage. Lol . And I’ve been paying the service fee of $11.99 a month for the last four years. Needless to say I am now done with this. I did like the idea that I felt safe. I tested it each month to make sure it worked and it stopped working, that’s when I sent it in for repairs.

I think the back of the necklace looks a bit fake and I thought it would also be silver at the back. I also don't like how I have to pay a monthly subscription for the app after already paying 144€ for the necklace. I think the necklace should be able to contact irish police also as you can ship to ireland and why should the necklace inly be suitable for America consumers ?.
