I accidentally ordered prescription…
I accidentally ordered prescription sunglasses with tinted lenses that wouldn’t fit my prescription. It couldn’t have been easier to rectify this and the service was personal, responsive, fast and better than expected. I’ve been a customer of Iolla for more than 10 years and I trust them completely. Excellent product, excellent service!

First time purchase
Decided to try Iolla for the first time buying glasses. The shop was bright, glasses presented nicely with a friendly atmosphere. Was served by a lovely American girl called Melina (sorry if not spelled correctly) who was helpful and attentive. Great price for glasses and would recommend.

The staff are really friendly as soon…
The staff are really friendly as soon as you come in the door. I like that they offer help when needed and gave good advice on which glasses suited best in the shop.
I also really like that it’s so easy to get my Iolla glasses adjusted or fixed when I need them. It’s always very easy and reassuring.

My 8th pair! Always excellent.
I buy all my glasses and sunglasses from you and will continue to do so. Excellent quality and service. I have a strong prescription approx -7 both eyes and this is not a problem at all.

Great Service
Called to the Bruntsfield branch the lady in the shop explained how everything worked.
Called in a few days later with my partner ,chose frames
Six days later I day new glasses it took a couple visits for adjustments which was done with ant fuss
Very pleased with service and my new glasses

The Edinburgh Iolla shop was busy when I visited on Tuesday 10th March. There was a bit of a wait to speak to a member of staff, but it was also quite nice not to be pressured by people constantly asking Can I help you. 😀
Cost of specs and choice was what attracted me to Iolla and I will definitely go back.

Fantastic experience all round
Fantastic experience all round. The staff are so friendly and helpful, so much so that my 6 year old daughter remarked on the way home that the lady in the shop was so smiley and happy. My glasses were ready within a week - they are amazing quality and so affordable . Will continue to shop here for glasses as long as I need them!
