I ordered a harness xs for my puppy a month ago and still have not received it I emailed they numerous of times and they get sending me a same generated letter Sophier is by far the worst !!!! Customer Service Agent She never follow up on my complaint I would not recommend this company to anybody Unhappy and unsatisfied customer !!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DONT WAST YOU MONEY 😡🖕

Dog holster ordered using their size chart. Received but too small, want to exchange but after 3 emails to organise a swap to larger size no response from.
Any other way to contact them?

It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered this dog chain and now there saying something went wrong with the delivery and I need to pay $6 more dollars for a re delivery I’ve been going back and forth via email with a computer I’m sure but they scammed me as far as I’m concerned I gave money but got no product this company sucks don’t do it just go with Amazon.

I never received my product and I have emailed several times. After several emails they stopped responding. Their advice was to check with neighbors for my package. 17 dollars out the window, complete fraud. Do not order from this company !

They are a scam piece of shit do not purchase. Scum!

Ordered dog harness 16/4/26 still not arrived 7/5/26 looks like I’ll have to take loss. Should have read review's. Steer clear of this company

Ordered 2 dog harnesses from this website a time back. Tracking information indicated that the items were delivered, but the package never arrived. Went to the Post Office and they ran the tracking number and indicated the number was bogus. Contacted customer service and informed them of the problem. No response from the company to date.

I never received my items so reached out to the company. I received the same email 3 times with a different name signed each time. They didn’t rectify the situation and stopped responding to me. I do not recommend ordering from them.

Provided tracking. Claimed it was delivered to my home but was not. I ordered 3 different items from them and all 3 never showed up even though they claim they did. Paypal denied my claims because their fraudulent tracking numbers proved delivery. Scam Scam Scam.
*****paypal is just as much to blame for not researching this company's reviews and refunding their customers.

After waiting ages for any sign of movement on the Shop app tracking, it eventually said out for delivery. I waited and waited then one day, it changed to returned. I had no notification, no doorstep photograph, no reason why it said returned. I have emailed them a couple of times since but have not received any confirmation or reason. I am out of pocket £24. I do not know if it's Ipawsplus at fault or the Shop app whoever deliver for them, but definitely from Ipawsplus, I've had no reason or refund.

Its been over a month and no package. No updates on tracking in over 3 weeks.

I ordered my product in February and did not receive it...

I had first posted on here how I was scammed by ipaw plus for a dog toy I had purchased. But after relentless emails to them they refunded my money. Don't just give up. Keep pushing until you get the results you want.

No one should have to ever fight for their product or their money back.

After one month of waiting and being told various excuses and various locations of where the dog harness is in transit, I’m placing a dispute with my credit card company. I give up ever receiving my order nor given a refund. Don’t waste your time or money on these scammers.

Wrong size keeps being sent

For the dog oils for their paws l was drawn in buy all their advertising.
Lost $160 New Zealand dollars.
I was going to be a regular buyer, but no product and no refund.

SCAM!!!! I never received the products I ordered! My credit card was charged in early January, and here it is the end of February and I still have not gotten my order.

Had no idea I was ordering an item that would be shipped from China. Waited 2 months then had to pay
$7.77 to pick it up because of counterfeit postage. Paid postage twice. The ball is not very sturdy so I don’t expect it to last very long. I should have checked here first.

Not happy, they taken money from my account and still not received anything, ordered 17/2/26, want my money back!!
