I purchased a cat toy; a USB powered ball from them. It took some time to arrive from off-shore and worked for 2 days, before becoming completely unresponsive. I tried several USB-C charging cables and it was just dead.
Contacting the company they did reply quite promptly and offered a 25% refund; I rejected that and they went to 50%. I asked them for a refund, as all I now have is a useless ball. After a couple of days of silence, they replied with no refunds and it seemed all too difficult.
Please avoid this company! You can, as I learned afterwards, find the same product on Amazon for over half the price. At least Amazon would honour a refund!

Ordered an harness for my dog on July 31st. Tracking stated it was delivered on August 20th, but nothing was received.
This is a scam. Beware of these scam artists. They get your money and you will not see your merchandise.

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews about this company more closely before ordering. I still have not gotten my order even though they claimed I did. So frustrating. Especially when it involves our pets. Shame on them for taking advantage of people. So dishonest. I understand now why the star rating is so low. Cynthia Jones

Very disappointed with the after sale service. I purchased a harness and it was to big, wanted to exchange sent video of the incorrect size fitting harness and was told that they wouldn't exchange. Not what the company originally stated. Do not buy from this company.

I bought the I paws lick ball. It was very cheaply made and it didn't roll around when my dog licked it like it was supposed to. If you put it on a kitchen floor it just slides across it. I emailed them multiple times and they wanted me to send a picture and when I did that they never responded. Do not buy anything from them. Very poor product and very poor response from the company

I have been emailing them for months cause my harness is too small. They refuse to answer back. Now I am stuck with a harness that doesn't fit. There customer service IS THE WORST so don't buy from these folks.

Sonic bark stopper never materialised. tracker said it was delivered to the next suburb with no street or number left on a porch. wtf do not trust these people.

At least you all got responses. I am steady receiving the same email over and over pay for my item. Never received it, no contact information. As far as a phone number I've done everything I could. I have disputed the transaction with my card company and they're going to refund it, please. People read before you buy.This is not a real store

I placed the order on June 23rd for $17.98 for reflective and adjustable elastic dog leashes and I was told that it should be delivered in 10 days I am going on a month waiting for this delivery to arrive I have reached out to to customer service and they have been ignoring me their services are unprofessional and they're scamming and ripping off any one they can so I hope whoever reads this do not order from this company they are not legit.

My order and was shipped to wrong city according to their tracking a month after ordering. When I reached out to customer service they tell me to wait, ask neighbors. I have contacted several times for a refund and they ignore me.

This should be pulled from all internet it is a sicking product from CHINA. its been 2months an 9 days since order was placed. absoutely no way to contact, speak, mail this scam. it's ridiclous. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING NIT EVEN TOILET PAPER FROM THIS CHINA SCAM!!!

Ordered a small dog harness 2 weeks ago and arrived today I’m happy with the quality

My wife is so damn stupid and ordered from this place twice. Never got anything. It’s a scam. Had to cancel Amex cards tonight.

If I could give them “0” stars I would! Ordered a small dog harness on May 3, 2026. It is shipped from China. I check tracking for about 3 weeks. On May 28 said delivered, which was incorrect. I contact the company. Was told to wait 10 days. Ten days pass, I contact them again. They send a link with tracking information that I can’t open. I wait another week, contact them again, and no response. It’s now June 22, 2026, still no dog harness. Don’t waste your money buying anything with this company.

My product of anti dog barking lasted less than a month in the beginning. It worked fine, but not for long.

I didn't not read the reviews prior to ordering, so that is on me. I notified customer service that I did not receive my order. The response was rude and abrupt,"IT WAS DELIVERED! NO REFUNDS!" I lived in a gated community with locked parcel deliveries at the mail center. After reading the reviews, the product is no good. No customer service or delivery. Wow, I got the trifecta. NOT!

This is the second harness I have bought from this company the item is lovely fits my dog perfectly. IV seen some bad reviews but all I can say is my experience was fine and I would buy again
