If l could do minus stars l would. Absolutely terrible company. Order placed 12 August, gave it till 3 September was told yes it should be here they will order a replacement to be shipped. Nothing received. Tracking on first shipment took forever, went to Sydney then to depot 30 minutes from me, to depot 12 hours interstate, sat there 4 days, came back within my state approx 1 hour away, the. Goes approx 20 hours drive away interstate again. Every time l contact they say be patient they can’t refund as it is showing moving in transit, but when it arrives they will give me a 20% refund. Totally against all fair trading laws and their own return policy. Every contact l was just fed a pack of lies still no parcel , biggest scammers

My order had the wrong shipping address on it. I didn't receive it, and when I notified ipawplus, they ghosted me.
Oh well, $20 down the drain.

I still haven't got my order and they have taken my money .I ordered there product from Facebook that they were selling a dental tool to hold back your dog gum whilst. Leaning their teeth it's still not arrived .it was payed for over a week ago up date it's just arrived today.

Too a bad they don't have a negative star. I order some items for my dog. It was delivered to the incorrect address in a different state. And they never got back to me, don't buy here, it's fraud.

Ages to ship, ages to deliver, totally useless and does not match description. I ordered a side ring dog harness and received a back ring. No response when trying to contact. I strongly advise that you DO NOT ORDER.

Although it showed delivered, it never was. Went to the post office showed them the tracking number they said that this tracking number was for a whole different address. And what these places do is just pick a tracking number so that it looks like I have one, but it’s not real so this whole thing is a scam. I do not recommend this company I lost around $23 trying to get a new harness for my dog. Do not order anything from them it will never come.

Did not receive my order. The tracking information provided looks like it’s fake. Updates are very strange and are obviously not real.

I waited for a month to get my item. Reached out to customer service and initially they were very responsive and even said contact the postal service and if they can’t find your item “we will replace it.” After the postal service couldn’t find it, I reached back out to customer service and they suddenly went silent. A week later after several emails from me SILENCE. $25 lost and no product.

Bought xl harness but to small & asked for refund ,send in photos & you'll get full refund they said! Did that then got email saying keep product but NO Refund will b sent !! Pls don't buy from this company check their reveiw s ! Wish I had !!!

Ordered the 2 dog toys on July 8, 2026. Still waiting. Probably never going to receive. When will I learn to NEVER,NEVER order these things off the internet!

Don’t even try to make a return to this company! I order the size that I thought I needed based on the measurements on their site. It was too small, when I contacted them they asked for pictures which I promptly sent over. They answered me back because it was not a quality defect they could not process a return or exchange!

1 star doesn’t even come close. I would have rated a minus if it was possible. I ordered 2 dog toys which claimed to be indestructible my 11 month old Cavapoo destroyed them within minutes. I requested a refund and after weeks of negotiations they said they would send me a full refund which I am still waiting for over a month on, they told me twice it had been processed then told me to it’s my bank is who I should speak to. The amount is not and has never been sent to my bank. They not only lie about the products they lie about processing refunds. Never order from this company

I ordered a product a month ago for a friend's pet Birthday present and I am still waiting..

Don’t wast your money they say you can return or exchange but you can not … scam shop

Ordered a side pull harness for my powerful lab. It came without the side ring I'd specifically ordered it for. Their resolution was a 25% refund. This for something they had made a mistake over. And I had to keep it as 'it wasn't worth the money' to return it to them. I accepted as just didn't want the hassle of dealing with them with that attitude to customer service. I did make that clear. Along with what my preference would have been ie. a replacement with the correct item. Stear clear of this company.

Ordered a dog harness with side pull rings. They sent me a totally different one. Because of the cost to send it back, they offered a 25% refund. Which I rejected, and asked them to send me what I ordered and paid for. Total silence from them since then. They also ship from China, not America.

I purchased a cat toy; a USB powered ball from them. It took some time to arrive from off-shore and worked for 2 days, before becoming completely unresponsive. I tried several USB-C charging cables and it was just dead.
Contacting the company they did reply quite promptly and offered a 25% refund; I rejected that and they went to 50%. I asked them for a refund, as all I now have is a useless ball. After a couple of days of silence, they replied with no refunds and it seemed all too difficult.
Please avoid this company! You can, as I learned afterwards, find the same product on Amazon for over half the price. At least Amazon would honour a refund!
