Very bad customer service I will never ever recommend you to any of my friend.... since i order I didn't recived any email regards the shipment

The medal artwork was smaller than I anticipated. Also, I think the 2 silver options should each have pictures to differentiate.

I have one suggestion though. The metallic artwork could be a little thicker it would be very eye catching.
Other than that I was very impressed with the delivery time and packaging. Very neat. Thank you again!

I had an issue hanging one of the decals I purchased. Customer service helped me in a very polite and patient manner.

I purchased Bismillah metal calligraphy and paid 756€. I am extremely disappointed after looking at the product. Extremely overpriced for the work that’s been sold. Gold colour from one side is missing.

Had to pay another 245€ to customs as import duty as product actually came from Jordan. There was no information given about this custom duty on their site when I was purchasing it.

Very poor service as I tried to contact them through email and phone but no answer. I had to pay 999€ for something that I regret buying. It’s total rip off and would not recommend it to anyone.

I purchased two art pieces on canvas rolled in a tube. The products arrived safely and undamaged. The quality, size and colour met my expectations. I would consider placing more orders in future

accurate date of delivery was very important to me, it is a piece of art beautiful in every aspect .

I filled my order and processed it, but I had questions and emailed 2 separate times and never once got a response. What’s the point of a contact section if you don’t answer.

I ordered a the 'Which of Your Lord's Favors Will You Deny? (Tughra) – Decal XL' decal in black and bronze. I was very happy with the the black portion of the decal, but the bronze portion of the decal seems to be a different type of material so it doesn't stick to my wall as well as the black did. Everyday, I have to press on the letters to keep them falling off. I tried contacting Irada, but I have not received a response.

Product don’t stick on paint. Very hard to install and it’s made out of the cheapest material ever. The price is tooo high for the material used. No install instructions and no tools provided.
I bought three wall wording. One gave me hell to put on. The 2nd one it don’t want to stick to the wall it keep coming of with the clear and the letters get damaged. Very bad experience. Don’t recommend it.

There was a slight delay in the delivery, else, the print is beautiful. I would definitely be looking for other works in the near future.

Easy to search and order items. Loved the wall art. However there was no instructions on how to install it. That would have been helpful.

Wrong color artwork sent. No reply to numerous emails requesting that the artwork color mentioned in the confirmation email is wrong. Still got the wrong one.
Received an email saying that I qualify for a free gift. When I selected an artwork that too missing when my bought artwork arrived.
Now I receive an email after so many days saying that I need to buy again for me to get the free artwork. Seriously?!

I was informed about sending the picture of the wall with dimensions so that the Irada arts team would suggest me the best size and thus I would be able to buy the piece I had added to the cart. This was ten days ago and since then I have not heard from them. I am now very sceptical about their delivery promises and have decided to hold my purchase.
