I bought Ayay-ul- kursi and bismillah of Sulayman. I am very satisfied with the products and there service throughout.

Terrible service second time around. Had ordered before and was very pleased. Second order, not so much. Was unable to apply decal to any wall in my home. Have emailed and used chat to no avail. Oddly enough, when I had an initial question about the product, I got an immediate response. Very unhappy customer and will send art work back at my expense and hope for a refund since customer service seems to be non-existent.

Our contact (Besam) was exceptional throughout our process of selection, manufacturing, shipment and (most critically) problem rectification. We communicated regularly via WhatsApp and his response to all queries was timely, professional and satisfactory.

Our story
We ordered the 3XL Bismillah Tughra with Rustique Antique finish, which arrived via DHL approx. 5 weeks after our order. Canadian Customs inspected the shipment, and repacked the artwork quite poorly, but we found nothing amiss upon delivery.

When I completed the mount and shared our photos with Besam, he noticed that the small decorative "tail" on the left side of piece was missing! He immediately commissioned Irada's artist to replace it at no cost to us. A month later we received not one but two replacements via DHL.

The artwork looks stunning above our living room mantle, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Irada both in terms of quality of workmanship and customer service.

Mounting recommendation for Irada Metalwork
Irada's metalwork comes with pre-drilled holes but no mounting hardware. We felt that our piece would look better if it "floated" above the wall instead of simply being flat-mounted against the wall. So we bought rustic-finish screws, plain drywall plugs and a few 2 cm copper posts from our hardware store (total cost $12)...which allowed us to "lift" the art off the wall, giving it a third dimension. Try it out, it really does look amazing!

I am only rating it a 2 right now because after weeks ago ordering the item, I still don't have it. I have emailed, tried to use a chat (that apparently doesn't work), but it has been radio-silent. Better communication would help.

The art work turns amazing on the wall... installing it though is not the easiest process and the instructions eventhough it was details, a small detail was left out that caused us lots of trouble and we had to alter things to make it work at the end.
I think a one page flyer with basic instructions would be helpful as well especially when it comes to arts that don’t have clear direction.
