Irada Arts Reviews

I placed an order over 2 months ago but despite numerous emails I have not been notified of the status of my order. All i seem to get is non-stop generic emails into my inbox about offers! Really dissatisfied with Irada Arts.

Very Nice Product, Recommendation.

Awesome display of shahada and quality is great.

Very good
excellent service

Order received on time despite being the EID season! Really satisfied with the product obtained and how the item was packaged to ensure no damage to the stretched canvas art. Was also glad that Irada arts communicated to my queries and did their best to answer them! Will highly recommend to anyone who would love to purchase authentic Islamic calligraphy! Syukran!

Packaging was amazing!
The art is as beautiful as seen on website

A very reliable and trustworthy. Not forgetting in their extended help. Thank you.

Absolutely love the metal Allah artwork. Such an amazing design so much so that I ordered two of them.

I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Thank you Besim and all the staff at Irada Arts you are all such talented people. God bless x

Excellent service and products are of high quality and standard.

Salam, the islamic art work is excellent but I was expecting to have a proper frame for my artwork since it was so expensive. The ready to hang frame is not too good for the beautiful calligraphic design . Thank you

This decal has changed the energy of my entire home. I love it! Alhumdulilah!

No timely responses forthcoming to follow up enquiries ref expected delivery date :-(

Amazingly responsive and helpful! Thank you so much.

I was displeased with the customer service. I ordered one of their largest arabic ayatul kursi wall decal. When I got the item, there were no guidelines on how to place the item on in a straight way. The process took more than a week. It was tedious. Ultimately, the decal on my wall is crooked and every single guest asks why it looks like that. I contacted them many times via email and no one reached back to me with support. I will never order from them again.

I love the designs; but it was difficult getting all the pieces of the design to come off the backing easily.

You don’t send me the right item! Totally different word and material .

I have been trying to contact Irada arts through watsapp and through phone call but no one ever cared to answer me back. Its ridiculously annoying how bad the customer service is.

neither I still received my product nor i have any update on the same.

It’s been over Two weeks and I still haven’t received it
