Usually payments are settled quickly but there is usually an excess. My premium went up from €170 to €200 per month this year. A considerable amount for a senior citizen.

They don't cover enough for the fees…
They don't cover enough for the fees they are charging. Only reason we are with them is my husband's company is paying for it but we pay benefit in kind tax and I do wonder what we get for it. I feel every year I ring there is less covered. And the digital doctor is a joke you cannot ever get an appointment always booked up

Amazing financial review
The lady from Irish Life was absolutely amazing, I can't get over how brilliant she was. She gave me great suggestions to make the best out of my retirement funds, when I didn't understand why I should do something she had no problem explaining the reason in a very succinct and plain way. The company whilst 1st knowing a procedure is covered makes recurring procedures not an issue.
What I do have issues with is when you ring a local Ireland number 01 for instance your greeted with a foreign person asking you to repeat and spell your name for instance and date of birth
