Lack proper guidances and clear understanding from management which is toxic, cause rejection among the team and production. Cause budget issues and customers trust

The problem with waste in my organization stint from little communication, poor inventory, lost documentation, more importantly customers not orders not being fulfilled in a timely manner.

Muda
In my organization, management, inability to make rational decisions cost the business major dollars due to them having unskilled personal conduct task above their skills set which the skilled workers are being mismanagement.
