First I rate my experience as a 5.
I recommend this training to all professional and non professionals to take these classes it helps with principal aspirations of the jobs function and production. Mr. Irtekaz explaining the details were useful and I can apply some of what I have learned in opening my own company.

I wanted to understand the basics of what gets covered in LSSWB and Adnan Rafique Ahmed, facilitator just happened to cover it who wants to know about what's Lean, Six Sigma and White Belt is all about. He covered each topic with some wonderful examples giving that clarity as to what's Six Sigma, DPMO, Process, Waste, TIMWOOD, Project Charter, Defect, Data types, SIPOC, DMAIC, Pareto Chart, Fish-Bone Diagram, Six Sigma trainings leading to Master Black Belt and Champion level. I liked the final advice that IT person must have PMP, ITIL and LSSGB certifications. His final advice for career development of doing at least one of management, technical and soft skill training once every year. Its a 5 star experience in just about two hours. I advice every one to go for LSSWB even if they are not involved in any Six Sigma or related project.

my experience is very new in the training ; I found the training very intersting ; it brings me to understand many things like Quality , opex, data collection in the company ; like kind of wastes in the organization and how to face to those wastes , problems and challenges ; how to use enough tools and ressources;

It was an awesome journey throughout the training session of LSSGB. Learnt a lot of new concepts and terminologies will practice these in my field and my project.

The Lean Six Sigma White Belt training is awesome and informative. It is explained and instructed in the easiest way to understand, especially for new personnel starting with Lean Six Sigma. Every topic is clear, organized and concise. Greatly appreciate Mr. Adnan Ahmed for the training.

I watched the First Video regarding the Lean 6-Sigma, Introduction is made very simple and easy to understand and we got the concept clearly, However Part 2 was a bit Complicated however after gone through several times with your slides, Its ok I will give Part 1 10/10 & Part 2 8/10 , For part 2 , It could be the reason that, I didn't understand the terminologies and its the first experience..

Very useful course everybody should toke it in business

Helpful in improving quality of your work, your way of communication with the upper management as well as your subordinates. Learned lots of new things specially terminologies and processes used in Lean Six Sigma. Highly Recommended..

It was a great session for me to learn more to how to perform my duty with high quality

With this 2 hour certification training I learned everything I need to know about leadership and management. The coach itself is very helpful and lively during the entire training which makes me more attentive to listen and gather notes, as well as he is always reminding us that we can approach him if there is something unclear to us and he will address it which is a very outstanding move for a coach I've met. To be added, the best thing I've learned from this training is how to be an effective leader that can mange various types of risks without sacrificing the company's dignity and reputation.
