Initial Experience
As a Peninsula customer, we were referred to Irwell Law to assist with a complex Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) case. Despite the challenging nature of the situation, working with Emma Mullan has been a pleasure. Emma's calm and controlled demeanour, coupled with her effective communication and empathetic listening skills, have been invaluable.
Though we are still early in the process and cannot yet speak to the overall outcome, Emma's professionalism and competence give us confidence in a positive resolution. So far, our experience with Irwell Law has been reassuring and we look forward to continuing our work with them.
