Trigg homes, went above and beyond for us as the buyers of the property. We moved from Canada back to the UK which made things a little more complicated. Also as mentioned we were the buyers and technically Trigg Homs represented the seller though we always felt that they were there for us answering numerous questions we had about the processes of buying in the UK. They were very informative and made us feel looked after.
I would highly recommend Trigg Homes to anyone selling their home for first rate service all the way through the process. Thank you Trigg Homes and especially Rhys Burtenshaw their Sales Director.

We used Trigghomes to sell our property due to the fact that having three estate agents look round they were the most honest, to the point and great socks when they took their shoes off on my new carpet (the others did not do this)…but above all phoned us and kept us in the loop of what was happening in the process of selling our property, could not fault them.

The letting team at trigg estate agents were excellent nothing was to much trouble communications were also good letting us know how things were progressing and they answered any questions or queries we had about the property and they were quick to sort out a couple of issues we had with the property all in all a very good experience with them

I have been renting through Trigg & Co…
I have been renting through Trigg & Co for the past 4 years and they've just helped me with finding another property as my old landlord was selling.

Great service thanks cat Claire and Rebecca.
I struggled to find a flat for April.
I was with trigg and co before this one.
I found one in cowes but estate agent was hard work then Claire rung me and said I have a flat you might like .
Great location better than cowes.
I saw flat at 9am by 10 am I said yes.
Over all took 2 weeks to sort would recommend trigg and co Great service and helpful with my lack of technology.

Island Friendly Estate Agents
Having completed on a purchase today and sold a property 6 weeks ago. As an Island Company they have been really helpful, friendly, professional, kind and considerate. We have had a few issues with the purchase due to legal difficulties but they were always at the end of the phone trying to help in any way they could. I would highly recommend them and if we need an Estate Agent in the future we will call Trigg.
