We have made a big move from the main land to the Island and all the staff at Trigg lettings excelled with the service they supplied. They have offered a professional and courteous service from start to finish.

Trigg sold our house for us and we are more than delighted with the service . Rhys and his team were extremely professional throughout the process and took care of everything for us . They organised the photos promoting the sale . All viewings were booked in a timely manner and they kept us up to date with feed back. They offered support and advice through a very stressful process . We would totally recommend Trigghomes to anyone. They’ve been amazing .

We had been looking for rental properties on the IOW for many weeks. Most agencies we had approached were unprofessional and simply ignored us. We had all but given up hope, when we spotted a rental property with Trigghomes and decided to express our interest.

Within minutes I was contacted by Kat (Lettings Manager) who swiftly offered us a viewing. We hotfooted it from Essex to Newport the very next day, and were greeted by Becky (Lettings Administrator) who was super friendly. She showed us around the property and was happy to answer all of our questions. We made an offer shortly afterwards, and within 24hrs received news that we were the chosen bidders.

Documentation and referencing was quick to follow. The whole process was completed and contracts signed in a matter of weeks.

I've been so impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of Trigghomes. Kat and Becky are a great team. Their communication with us was excellent throughout, and they couldn't be more warm and approachable.

After we had an unsuccessful experience with a previous estate agent "trying" to sell our house we moved our sale to Trigg. What a world of difference. Trigg basically just got on & done what was needed, marketed & sold our house! Good quality clients through the door. An excellent professional company. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Extremly helpful beyond thier normal duties. Information feed fantastic. Any problems they endeavour to get resolved quickly. They always action what they say they are going to do. I cannot praise them enough. if you want to buy or sell your property my advice would be 100% to use Trigg, don't waste your time trying any other estate agent!

Very impressed with Trigg. We were on the buyside and they were agent to the vendor. Very open and pragmatic approach and good communication. I would say this was the main reason the sale got over the line in tough mkt conditions. They kindly offered a welcome hamper on key collection, including cloths, cleaning agents etc. very thoughtful. Would certainly recommend.
