ITS Technologies Reviews

Easy to contact, quick and reliable delivery and all at a competitive price.

Great price, Great communication

Recently completed an order with ITS Technologies and I received excellent customer service and support from initial contact through to after sales. Jonathan was quick to respond to my request for a quote and offered a price far better than others. Various payment method were offered which made the transaction simple. Once payment had been made I chose a delivery date suitable for me and the delivery was made at 9am that day. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the products missing two cables, which was the suppliers fault not ITS Technologies, however it was quickly resolved and a replacement product sent out next day delivery. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Ordered some Sunsynk batteries from ITS. Ben was very helpful in explaining VAT implications and arranging shipping to a remote area.
Price was reasonable, shipping fast and good customer service.
Recommended.

Fast delivery and extremely well packed, not fitted yet but the panels look great.

communication was great and all products arrived in a timely and organised fashion

Great service, good communication. Package was delivered promptly, would recommend

Good helpful service from Jonathan and his team. Quick to respond to inquiries and good useful advice. Great prices and service and a good choice of products so I would recommend this company if buying solar .

Ordered, tracked, delivered on time without any fuss.
Not more you could ask for more.

Excellent Items, Not used yet, as have to build the carport/workshop to mount the panels on first. The panels came strapped to a pallet in an apex shape, which made them easy to hold and move, as I was expecting them flat packed. Securely wrapped too.
The last inner two panels were strapped separately, so bear that in mind if you are taking delivery alone, as I did. Delivery good, as the driver unloaded them to the top of my driveway, which was very helpful. Panels came without any damage in transit, so thumbs up to that. I would genuinely buy from them again.

Spent circa 25k with this company over the past 3 years, very good communication, cant fault them.

I have only recently discovered this company much to my misfortune. The value for money, product quality, communication and delivery were absolutely brilliant. In my opinion, there's no other solar products supplier in the UK that can compete.

Delivery happened on time with a complete order.

Great experience and knowledge, will use again

Expertise from beiging to the end

Great company fast delivery great price great communication highly recommended

These people are perfect for advice when deciding what equipment is required.
I had an existing solar array, and was looking for a suitable battery system to store surplus energy, as well as taking advantage of cheaper night time electricity.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for solar and battery installations, their prices are very competitive.

5 LARGE solar panels ordered from ITS. Faultless service from ordering to delivery. I was kept well informed both by ITS and the delivery company.
I would have zero hesitation in recommending ITS
