Absolute pleasure working with Simon and Amanda to review our current electricity contract at the distillery. Fantastic communication throughout, a warm and friendly approach, and at no point did I feel under any pressure to sign until all details had been discussed thoroughly. Ultimately we have managed to save a significant amount on our electricity bills based on current usage.

Although there is an assertive front end to this business once past that and dealing with one of their consultants there was trust built. We went through a competitive tendering process and Derek Mellegard kept a very professional approach but answered every point with his skills and experience of the industry. We agreed on a tariff that suited or needs and this was tested in the market. The follow up and service I have received from Joanne Hutchison in customer care has been appropriate and timely and I rate their service very highly.

He has helped us negotiate a contract with a new supplier which will save our company a lot of money going forward, which I wouldn't have been able to do without his help. The Team at IU Consult were fantastic (particularly Liam and Jack) at sorting out the mess we had been left in by our previous broker who auto-renewed our electric contract when specifically told not to.
Liam and Jack got everything sorted and have continued to follow up with additional glitches caused by the previous broker.

Working with IUA is always a pleasure. They make things super easy and straight forward and always go the extra mile for their customers. Jack in particular has been exceptional to work with. Jack makes every call or email straight forward, and it is a breath of fresh air working alongside him. From a supplier's point of view, we couldn't ask for anything more!

Received a call, said i was willing for them to look into to get a price on utilities. After that received x5 other calls from various people at IUA asking for same service i'd already accepted.
Had another arranged call with someone to explain our requirements. Was told he would email a quote but didn't.
His colleague was then to call me with quote but instead was more concerned with what quotes i'd had so far so they could beat it. I said no, I just want best price, so give me best price that they could. He said would email quote but that they could do between xx-xxp.
Never received quote, chased it up and was told they could not do the quote i was after of xx-xxp, even though i never gave them the price, they gave me the price.

We thoroughly recommend IUA for their first class service. They are attentive to our needs and problems, accessible, straightforward to deal with, current about the market and work hard to find the most appropriate solution.

This is not like a standard call centre operations as many are. Our contacts, Derek and Jack, have been with us for 2 years now and have been easy to deal with, acted as part of our team in looking out for us, have been innovative in finding the best solution and kept us updated at every step.
