so far so good. I have used other similar companies in the past and this one by far has been the most professional, the best producing and the easiest to work with. Incredible client/company relations. Super upfront and no surprises. I already hired a second virtual assistant and have referred them to my team members and employees.
The virtual assistants are extremely coachable and quick to adapt to the systems and processes I use, which has made onboarding and training smooth and efficient. What really stands out to me, though, is how responsive and supportive the upper management team is—they’re always available, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure things run well. It’s clear they care about both their clients and their team. Overall, a reliable and professional service that I’d highly recommend.
Top Notch follow up and dedicated to a five-star experience. I recommend these guys to everyone I meet.
