So I have a puffer jacket that was supposedly £375 but I paid £190 & on the scale I think its a decent buy BUT was it ever £375 probably not but as a marketing tool it worked. Add to that they market that if you sign up you'll get 10% off but only on non sale items. If you google them it near enough states that they have some form of perpetual sale so the discount is useless. So if you pay the sale price & are happy just understand that the full price doesn't really exist.

Unfortunately, my experience has not been positive. I ordered a jacket on the 15th of December and, two weeks later, there is still no tracking information or clear delivery status. Customer communication needs improvement. Never again.

I have a puffer jacket and a lighter waterproof from Jack1t. Both are exceptional quality, stylish, and fit perfectly. The shipping and customer service was also on point. I will be buying more from Jack1t.

I am another person who cannot understand the negative comments.

WOW, just WOW....I just love it! So pleased I utilised your size calculator and opted for a Large, as my usual medium would have been a tad too tight. The large uk 14 Fits perfectly!
I am absolutely delighted with the styling; workmanship, the outer material and indeed the light weight nature of the 700 fill. I actually ordered at the right time as I was able to take advantage of the 25% discount too! Delivery was prompt and box packaging was in keeping with the cost of the coat.

I bought 1 Jacket from this company a couple of years ago and the product was top. 2 days ago i recived 2 jackets and it is not the same quality i was used to.
I don‘t know what happend but i‘m disapointed, propably the last Jack 1t for me.

This is my fourth jacket and once again, I am beyond impressed! The quality is absolutely top-tier, every stitch, every material, and every detail is crafted to perfection. These jackets are built to last, with incredible durability and style that never fades. I’m honestly shocked by some of the negative reviews because my experience has been nothing but exceptional. If you’re looking for a jacket that delivers on quality, comfort, and design, look no further. I wouldn’t keep coming back for more if they weren’t worth every penny! ❤️✨❤️

Customer service shines with its nonexistence. They simply do not reply. I returned an item but was not refunded. They just took my money.

Run far away. Horrible. The old brand, circa 2019, was quality and customer service. This new stuff is shit and the customer service is awful. Stay away

My wife and I have bought 5 coats from Jack1t over a number if years. I have no idea where the negative comments are coming from. No issues with any of them. The down Nucl1us winter coats are superb. All coats have fantastic quality and detail. Superior to all the competitors at their price point. You have to pay Moncler, Canada Goose prices to get equivalent quality. As for North Face, Jack1t blows them out of the water for quality. Previous review made me laugh, as they are a woke brand too!

I’ve written two reviews earlier for Jack1t but this is a follow up review to the previous ones as the drawstrings (the ones on the waist to tighten) from first jacket broke. Given I paid £175 on 12th Jan and have worn the jacket barely 4 or 5 times as winters were coming to an end.

I was a bit disappointed with the quality at the price point initially.

Regardless of the issue that I faced I was supported and was constantly in touch with Mark from their team who was extremely helpful and sincere during the whole process of issuing me a refund which they generously offered after finding the default in my article.

All the other reviews about Jack1t not processing refunds and not delivering articles are fake as I experienced the whole process first hand and they are very helpful and understanding of their customers needs.

Definitely a good brand to purchase from regardless of what issue may come up as they are always happy to help. Would definitely recommend.

I treated myself to a new winter jacket and spent £395 on a beautiful coat that as a nurse I considered a significant investment. Within 2 wears the coating on both the black zips was damaged, showing the grey metal underneath. This is very visible while wearing the coat.

I contacted customer services and was told 'This would be because of the metal on metal contact and is a common issue, we are looking at improving the metal coatings for 2024, sadly not to much we can do on this right now'

I have since replied requesting to return the item for a refund as frankly this is not acceptable, paying nearly £400 for a poor quality item that tarnished so quickly and being told that there's not much that can be done is appalling. I also have issues with zipping the jacket up, the material often gets caught in the zip. However, I have not had a response.

I would really appreciate someone getting in touch about this, I was initially so pleased with the purchase and was recommending it to everyone, I will now be telling everyone to steer clear of Jack1t products.

Positives: Ordered my Bomber Jacket and it arrived within 2 days which was excellent. Quality is very good and is the product advertised.

Negatives: I would be extremely disappointed if I had paid the full price and not the sale price. The quality is very good but the problem is, the original Jack1T (before the company stopped and was reformed) produced exceptional quality for the same prices now stated. I have the original Bomber Jacket which is no comparison. This new version is 40% quality of the old. The packaging is now a bag when it was an elaborate box which I'd expect for the money. I can overlook this as I'm not wearing the box but I'm disappointed in the overall product from what I was accustomed to. The sizes seem to come up smaller now too. This purchase was a large which is more like a medium. The original bomber jacket is a large which is a large. I'm happy to keep the product but I feel I now have a very good, normal jacket rather than a Jack1T. I think the bubble has burst and I wouldn't order again unfortunately.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable...j'en suis à ma 4eme commande. Look magnifique, bien épaisse et duvet de qualité. Point négatif: les logo thermocollés ont tendance à se décoller. A améliorer..

Best quality, functional and stylish winter jacket I have EVER purchased.

Having spent a fortune on brands such as Moncler and Canada Goose previously - not realising I was paying for the privilege of following the brand name which both severely lack in luxury details and real down comfort and warmth required for the winter months (as tested as well by friends whom have purchased these coats complaining of being cold and having to wear additional layers underneath to over - compensate). I hate the cold weather and have been searching for some time for a winter coat that ticked many boxes: warmth, functional, design and detail aesthetic. I have purchased a JACK1T and Gilet, the fur on the Gilet is faux and detachable, it weighs a ton and is super soft and luxury (I would never buy or advocate a real fur in any format or article of clothing) both are so warm I wear a t-shirt underneath it in minus conditions and feel perfectly comfortable.

My only criticism of JACK1T is they do not make children's coats - they are missing a real gap in the market here as there is a lack of quality down warm coats available for junior sized children (pretty please consider kids coats!)

Love this awesome and exceptional brand and hope it is here to stay, thank you JACK1T for your excellence in design and quality.

Commandé sur Zalando il y a plus d'un an. Manteau toujours en très bon état, et d'une super qualité pour ma part! La fausse fourrure est magnifique et très bien faite (et très volumineuse !!). Je ne comprends pas les autres commentaires et ne regrette absolument pas mon achat.

Hice mi primera compra en enero de 2020 con el miedo de perder el dinero por no conocer la marca y por desconfiar , pero me gustó tanto el abrigo que corrí el riesgo .Me llegó in abrigo precioso y de muy buena calidad empacado en una caja negra bonita .El año pasado repeti la compra , en esta ocasión para mi marido , fue una cazadora de cuero y otro abrigo de invierno .La calidad igual de buena pero el envoltorio esta vez fue una bolsa de plástico negro.Me puse en contacto con ellos por lo de la caja y me dijeron que havia opción de comprarla por 10€ . No me parace un disparate si es por un regalo , ya que la caja es muy bonita y resistente .Yo todavía tengo la mía.
Es cierto que no tienen teléfono de contacto pero yo nunca tuve ningún problema para que me contesten a los emails .
Hay gente que se queja de los días que tienen que esperar para la devolución, cosa que no entiendo , ya que hay marcas que no lo hacen hasta pasados 30 dias .
En definitiva , volveria a comprar sin pensarmelo ;)

Do not order or return your product. This company does not follow up if you send back the product. Also no refund or getting in touch with the customer. Keep your money safe.

Wow, I bought the LAXNY, ordered monday, delivered wednesday,FAST!
This Jack1t is so great , the quality is top-shelf!
The fabric is super comfy.
Also an amazing amount of down, it is super puffy without looking bulky.
For this price I didn't expect to be so pleased.
Absolutely recommended!

The jacket was deliverd in 3 days, amazing fast. It was nicely sealed en the quality of the jacket is great. My daughter is super happy with it and I am amazed bij this quality service!!
