The company goes through a 3rd party to charge and fulfill orders. I was supposed to be charged $219 for an item and the charge was actually $319. After following up countlessly with customer service, they refused to refund the correct amount. I have to now do a dispute with my bank. Please avoid at all costs because it is illegal for them to charge wrong amounts. Whoever is their fulfillment (Global Supplies) should be sued.

I really wish had read this reviews before buy it.

If you are expecting a premium coat with a premium package, please do not buy.
Probably you made your research before buy and what you will see is beautiful coat inside a awesome black box, certificate, and etc. THAT'S A LIE!

I received a black bag completely opened, inside a torn transparent bag with a big "MADE IN CHINA" "protecting"the coat. Nothing against if all advertisement wasn't telling that the product are made in London.
I would love share the pictures of that if the website allowed.

The coat was smaller than expected for me. I'll need I size up because of the zipper that goes from the neck to the chin.

I asked the return and I'm sending back today. Let's see how many days will take to refund.

Conclusion: If you live in USA and don't wanna take a shot, you can find this here for the same price.
If you live in USA and wanna take a shot, be aware that you not gonna receive the product as the instagram/YouTube or jack1t website show and it's not London made as advertised.

The quality of the coat are fine. But the mismanagement is disgraceful! I bought an expensive coat for my partner which she fell in love with! It was good for but a medium Size could be better (skinny fit). It was out of stock so I was waiting for Jack1T to email to let me know when Size M will be available, and sure enough few days later I hot the email that it was available so I promptly bought it. I asked my partner to return the Small size I bought earlier and she had to take the day off waiting for the courier! Anyway we waited Over a week for the medium size coat but it never arrived! And after days of back and forth emails Jack1T informed me that the coat will never be available as they stop selling it!! So we don’t have the small Size as we returned it thinking the medium size is coming anytime.
And all they offered me is a 10% discount with you can get anywhere online!! Plus it’s been over 2 weeks and I didn’t get my refund yet!!
Won’t be using them again that’s for sure.

I have received my jacket and I am very happy with both quality and shipping. Arrived in 2 days and I absolutely love it. Quality is great! Customer service was very helpful with my previous order and return(due to size issue).

The size and quality were okay but a bit tight from my usual medium from the shoulders to the arm. I just wish that when you order you can still make adjustments such as cancelling it or being able to change sizes (they don't offer those options as you would have to ship it back to them and get a refund then you can re-order if you want, DISCLAIMER, read the rules for what is seen acceptable for returns in their RETURN POLICY). When I ordered I decided as soon as I placed the order to make the medium to a large due to sizing issues it may have but was not able as it went through their automatic system. I don't know how hard it is to change the size before it left in their distribution since I have spoken to one of their representative if they can (which they said no) change it and this was before shipping it out. I ordered 2 men's parkas which were okay, contacting them was pretty good took a day to respond. Disappointed in the packaging as they came in black bags (2 of my parkas were put there all together). Lack of care for packaging as I see the reviews on youtube that they received it in nice boxes in which I did not.

The thing that puzzles me is how they are always on sale, i'm guessing that the sale is the actual price and they pretended that the item is a bargain from that large discounted price, misleading customers from purchasing such as I am. My parka is good quality, but the prices is misleading as I've been looking at their prices for months. It may or may not concern people but something to point out.

Compré una chaqueta en enero y me llegó en 2 días.La calidad es muy muy buena,abriga mucho y el embalaje muy bonito.También compré otras 2 chaquetas hace pocos días ,de las cuales una de piel y estoy muy pero que muy contenta.La única pega es que me llegaron sin caja ,solo con la bolsa porque eran artículos rebajados según me dijeron.Me puse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente y me han dicho que me enviarán las cajas como regalo(me contestaron en pocos minutos).Les dije que aunque los articulos estén rebajados deberían dar la opción de comprar la caja de embalaje porque la verdad vale la pena pagarla para luego guardar la chaqueta en condiciones.
Voy a repetir sin duda.

Do not buy ! I ordered coat 3 weeks ago and still not sign of it . Contacted customer service and same emails being send to me or not replay at all . Absolutely joke ! The worst customer service I ever received! Nightmare !!!!

Came in a black garbage bag all the way to Italiy. The jacket was found wet , dirty and no quality. They day real fur but is the worst i ever seen. Not to say that is made in cina these real uk jacket 🤣🤣🤣. Worst purchase i ever did.

I purchased a jacket from their site back in November 2019, seeing as its been a year I think I can speak on its quality. I bought a military style looking wool coat (women's) and it must have arrived in about only 2 days time, really quick! I bought the XL even though I normally only wear a M-L, the sizes run quite small! If you're above a size 14 UK (10 US) then I can't imagine you being able to wear their jackets because I'm a size 8-10 US and the XL fit me perfectly, I have no compaints. But, they really should think about maybe coming out with at least an XXL for womens, so that way the fuller ladies out there can have a choice as well. Anyways the jacket is great quality, quite heavy (in a good way), and I've worn it SO many times since I bought it a year ago and its stood up just fine! Still looks brand new practically even though its been well loved. I look forward to purchasing more jackets in the future!

Amazing quality jackets and coats. Received in 48hrs, packaging is the best I’ve seen from any company. The down jacket is well made and fits perfect. The wool trinity coat is amazing quality. Top marks for this company.... quality through and through.
