dont understand the bad reviews and people saying to size up. im 5 foot 12,ordered a medium and have plenty of room in my jacket. another inch bigger would have been too large. delivery was fine aswell i ordered sunday and got my order on tuesday via DPDand thats from england to scotland. jacket itself is very high quality you can tell when you put it on it just has that nice feel. i orderd the street sport quilt down puffer

I‘ve read about all the negative posts and was very sceptic about buying an item!
But all I can say is I‘m so happy with the parka coat in size XS, I bought!
They delivered it within a few days, everything went perfectly well …
and the coat is worth the money … I love all about it, the colour, the size, the shape, and it is sooooo cosy and warm!!!!

J’ai reçue mon article, il est d’une qualité déplorable dans un sac plastique sans étiquette de retours , je ne commanderai plus chez eux . Toujours pas eu le remboursement.

J'ai acheté le manteau le 31 décembre sur le site jack1t.com et il est arrivé au Canada le 6 janvier, alors très rapide comme livraison pour le temps des fêtes. Cependant, je mets un étoile de moins parce que le colis était mal emballé, il était même ouvert une fois arrivé. Je n'ai pas eu droit à une belle boîte, probablement réservé pour les livraison en Europe, c'était un sac noir dont l'adhésif n'est pas suffisant fort.
Pour ce qui est du manteau, il est très beau et de bonne facture, la qualité est là.

Their Delivery and Return is genuinely poor and the worst of all. Your product will be held at the Import for Scan for weeks and you will never receive your product on time. No real shop and poor customer service.

I agreed with the previous review, for a high quality brand with the price tag to match they do not have the customer service to back it up. Jacket came in a bag which was not sealed properly, the jacket has been returned and I know they have received it but I have to wait 14 days for my refund! Funny how they take your money straight away but you have to wait so long to have it returned back to you. No impressed and would not recommend!

This company is a joke there is no customer service number if you have any issues you have to raise via email. They are slow to respond I ordered in November and am still waiting on a refund. They sent the wrong item completely. Then about a month later I received the correct item in the wrong size. I am now still awaiting my refund even though they received my return over 7 days ago. They are still not responding to my email DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY telegram be quicker if you have an issue

Quality of product isn't that great for the amount of money. Method of making contact with Customer Service is difficult as no contact centre and back and forth emails is long winded. You need a LOT of patience for this company. I will never purchase from them again.

Beautiful jacket, so cosy and warm- it feels really luxurious and well made 🤩. The packaging alone is divine, the delivery was quick too, it was worth every penny- the only downside is it didn’t make me look like the model wearing it- but you can’t have everything 🤷‍♀️

I ordered a ‘Rising Sun’ down jacket because I liked the longer length. It arrived after 2 days. The quality is amazing and the jacket is so warm you really don’t need to wear extra layers. I can’t wait for the cold weather to come!

I just received my parcel after three days & very happy with my order, Great packaging and great item, before it arrived I thought it wouldn’t because on trust pilot this company unclaimed this page & and my friend said it could be a fake but I received my item 3 days later and I’m very happy with it, very good quality and very nice.

I ordered two jackets from Jack1t through Zalando, and I had some issues with the return of one of the jackets. I informed the customer service - got a fast reply and they were very helpful.

On top of this the jackets are wonderful quality, I just ordered two to make sure I got the right color. Very satisfied and nice product for the price!

I do not get people who are complaining about jackets quality from this web shop. Quality is amazing. These jackets are the first jackets I found so good in quality. Before that I was big fan of Superdry but Jack1t has way better products in all possible ways. Many beautiful details, rich colors, thick materials, keeps you warm in the worst weather, sits nicely on the body. Everything it is just perfect. I will make more orders here in future for sure and I recommend to everybody choose this web shop. You won't regret this !

Received my jackets a few days ago and absolutely love them! Very nice and warm! The delivery took a while but it was less than 2 weeks so I suppose that's not so bad! The fit is a bit tight so if you are a Medium I would recommend getting the Large just in case you'd like to wear a jumper underneath too. But it's not really needed as the jacket is very warm.

No complaints now. The quality of the jackets worths the waiting.

15 days now and no news from my order. Customer Service very poor and no decent clarifications on Why I haven´t received the product.

They simply say "we are moving our warehouse". Yeah, sure, FOR 2 WEEKS?????

Totale arnaque. Deux commandes effectuées par le biais de Zalando et aucun article ne m’est parvenu sans qu’aucune explication ne soit donné. Lamentable.

Where is my jacket??!! DONT BUY directly to them. Bought and no jacket in return.

Update: the jacket finally arrived on day 11 after sending a bunch of emails and messages (which weren’t answered at the beginning). It was not a scam as I initially thought, the service was really bad but it is a nice jacket though.
