disgraceful. cheap chinese made toys that look nothing like they do on the website.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Looks like a UK shop but it's actually a Chinese dropshipper. They advertise a "30-day money-back guarantee" but only reveal after you buy that returns must be sent to a warehouse in China at your own expense! Costing more than the items are worth!!
When I challenged this on live chat they offered 20% and kept closing the chat on me. This breaks the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I've filed a chargeback with my bank and reported them to Trading Standards. Avoid!

It Serves me right for making an impulse order before reading all these negative reviews .. alas I’m experiencing all that has been written before me and haven’t even received my order!! Quite why this company has the gall to advertise and take people’s money knowing full well they are going to disappoint a customer is beyond me .. their social media makes them looks so professional.. I shall definitely be telling people to AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! And shame on them.

Please avoid this company. I ordered a gift for a birthday and the delivery date was well before I needed it for the party. It arrived around 10 days later than it should have and they are totally unwilling to refund the delivery fee! They offered me 15% off my next order which they were offering all customers at the time so this was in no way compensation. They do not take ownership for their errors- avoid!

If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely rubbish company. The item I purchased was nothing like the online picture and description. Arrived in a very battered box. Got in touch re returning it, and was told to keep it and accept a 20%refund- or return it to China at my own cost.Total rip- off!

Thank you so much for these reviews, I shan't be shopping at Jackie's kids. The website keeps crashing so I can't get on there anyway which is a sign of an inefficient company.

I don’t even want to give them one star. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY!! Product arrived broken and not fit for purpose. I complained within time. They replied MANY days later saying it was out of time for a refund! Very convenient. I replied with specific (not hard) calculations of how many days it had been since I submitted my complaint (within time). Another two weeks passed and they told me to buy something myself to fix the issue!
Obviously a hoax of a company in China!

Took 3 weeks for order to arrive. One of the items purchased ‘Glowsaurus’ over half didn’t light up in the bath and screws fell out, hardly safe for a 2 year old as advertised ‘I have photo evidence’.
They don’t publish your review if its negative, my review disappeared. Disgusting company with cheap/nasty toys

I ordered a play mat for my little boy, the item arrived damaged, poor, cheap quality and had items missing. I have since emailed the company 3 times and they have not replied. The play mat was extremely cheaply made, tacky and an absolute waste of money. Very disappointed, please don’t order from this website

My grandson sent me a link in order to buy some toy cars for his baby’s first birthday. I ordered, no mention of Hong Kong, so obviously expected package within a few days! The next weeks were a nightmare,trying to sort out the awful website (I am elderly). No customer service whatsoever from these people. It became apparent that I was dealing with a Chinese company. I’ve had that displeasure in the past! When the package eventually arrived,the cars were tiny, shoddy,cheap & nasty things, definitely unsafe for a small child. I asked for a refund (ha, you dont get refunds from them easily) they offered me 20% refund , or if I wanted a full refund, send them back to China, at my expense… I had already paid postage from them to me! What an awful company to deal with. Do not use them, absolute crooks!!!

My review looks very similar to others experiences. A polar bear towel took almost 2 weeks to arrive, and is thin and poor quality. My complaint to the company received an offer of 10% off next purchase. Meaningless, since I will never order from Jackies Kids again. Of course my poor review never appeared on the site

Cheapest toys and 0 responsibility- might as well buy it directly from Aliexpress yourself as thats what they do....

Absolutely terrible, both my husband and I both placed orders for separate items, they doubled my order taking the money from my bank twice, I complained saying I required the money back, after various emails they then gave me 50% off to keep it!! How many times do they do this…. With my husbands order it took weeks to arrive, our grandson has had it one week and 3 out of the 6 dinosaurs now do not work……..
My advise if you are questioning whether to place an order….. is don’t !!!!!

Awful awful company they do not send you what is in the photos!! They will not refund you, beware!!! I’m going to be reporting to trading standards

Not surprised to see so many 1star reviews, similar to others, I received my toy in a damaged box, I was offered 20% refund and keep the toy, didn’t realise that that refund would make the damage go away 😂 then told to return it to china and pay for the postage, aye right 🤪 Advised them I am keeping the toy in the same place I keep the rest of the garbage…in the bin.

Where is my order please? Absolutely disgusted with you. Track my order has been saying out for delivery for 20 days now and nothing. Can't get anyone to answer an email though very quick to take my money.

Wouldn’t give it this but had to leave something! Terrible company! Bought my first child her first little camping chair only to receive it broken. I’ve messaged this company several times about a replacement but nothing yet !! Please do not waste your money on this company AVOID TOTAL SCAMMERS!!

Shocking!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is a bogus company and is NOT UK. The toys we receive after a three week wait were terrible quality, cheap knock off toys. We did get a refund BUT we had to send these awful "toys" all the way back to China and PAY for the delivery!!

0 stars, terrible quality, counterfeit looking goods (I have other products in the same range and the quality is not the same)

This company should not be advertised as a UK company returns and correspondence are in China

Products took almost 4 weeks to reply, correspondence from ‘customer service’ takes days/weeks to respond.

I ordered four flying fairies from Jackie’s Kids, and the experience was really disappointing. Two of the boxes arrived damaged, and one fairy was broken inside and completely unusable. When I tried to return the items, I discovered the return address is in China, which makes sending them back far too expensive to be worthwhile. Overall, the fairies are poor quality, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from this website.
