I didn't realise that this is not a UK based company and by the time the item arrived I had forgotten that I had ordered it to be honest, about 3 weeks, which I feel is excessive, especially if you needed for a timed occasion, but having said that, the item is of quite good quality and arrived unscathed. Due to the delivery wait time I probably won't order from them again.

By not advertising things that are not what they seem, ordered the 3 coach train for my grandson a gift, came in kit form very small and unfit ,poor quality for a 3/4 year old.. sent 4 texts to ask for refund, WR code or return label, no response .. cheap cheap don’t buy the train

Awful tat don’t bother - cheap and nasty looking. If you need to return something you have send it back to China which would have cost me more than the price of the item. I would advise to stay clear of this company.

Orders are coming from china not uk. Very misleading. The products are really poor quality. And to return you have to return to an address in China. Don’t waste your time or money on this website!

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. Sell very low standard products. Description of products do not match the real product. Their return policy is ridiculous. If you don’t like the product they refund only 20%. This company is based in China. You get the product after a long wait and then receive a bad product.

Ordered on the 4th for birthday on the 10th. Didn't arrive till 13th. Deceptive marketing, drop-shipped. Dishonest and should be illegal.

This was a gift for my grandson and he loves it. He stands by his parents in the kitchen helping to prepare fruit and vegetables. Great for developing fine motor skills and independence. Well packaged and arrived quickly.

I ordered Mechaminds - a toy for aged 4+. I received something called Technique DO18 - a toy for age 6+.
I asked them to send the correct toy and arrange a return.
All I get in reply is "Please note that the item we sent are correct". No explanation, no further details.

I ordered a 'Stacki' toy from this company, thinking "Jackie's Kids" sounded a nice small company.
I received a confirmation email but then radio silence about when the toy was dispatched or when it might arrive.
After over a week I wrote to ask for some information regarding likely dispatch and delivery. All I received was a message asking for my full address - information I'd already submitted when making the order. I complied, but still received no further information. I looked up tracking information for my address and found it said "failed delivery attempt due to failure to locate recipient". I'd received no notification of when a parcel would be delivered or who was delivering it.
Eventually, after nearly two weeks, the package was delivered by royal mail. I wrote to Jackie's Kids again to say how disappointed I was with the service I'd received, but it was like watery off a ducks back - I got a cheery chat bot type reply saying how pleased they were to have been able to help me and to contact them again any time. I will not be buying from this company again. They have all the hallmarks of a big corporation who don't give a damn about their customers or the service they provide.

Ordered twice now, more fool me. Not UK, everything is shipped from China. Don't waste your money, goods are not fit for purpose! You can purchase the same "rubbish" from other sites cheaper & faster delivery. The 30 day money back guarantee is worthless, don't be fooled. wish I'd actually looked at the Trustpilot rating before I bothered wasting my money.

Arrived broken with parts missing. As with others, they expect the return to be covered by me. I assumed it was a uk contract but as I’ve found to my cost, it’s Chinese.

Never use again

Disappointed to find that they offer a refund service but you have to pay for tracked postage to China. Will not buy from them again.

Quality is absolutely terrible for the price. I would strongly avoid. The delivery is extremely slow as I believe the goods come from China.

Avoid. I wish I saw all the reviews before I ordered from them! One item has been missing sold with incorrect product information and now they have said I have to pay for the return to china.

Do not use this company SCAM, they take extra money from your account with every order. SCAM,SCAM,SCAM.

If I could give no stars I would. Not a uk company comes from Hong Kong and is absolutely rubbish. Not special sale price as it’s not worth more than a few quid. Battered box poor package can’t give as a present. Took ages to come so missed the birthday had to buy something else.

Website advert was misleading - pictured two remote controlled boats for children - I requested two boats but only one boat came. The advert was very misleading and I was so disappointed as I had ordered two boats for my two grand children to enjoy racing against each other in the boating lake. I emailed to complain but was just told I only ordered one. "coincidentally" my credit card was defrauded days after the purchase. I am thinking its all related to China, as took a long time to be delivered. Won't use Jackie Kids site again. Beware.
