The customer service was always available to help answer all my questions. My favorite is all the colors for my scheduling system + the AI scribe!

I've been with Jane since 2018, what I love is the company's dedication to helping the helpers. We are constantly getting new features and upgrades that improve the efficiency of my practice. The online booking, cloud-based, and mobile-friendly platform really works with my practice style. I love Jane.

From a customer/user experience this app is THE WORST! every time I try to login it tells me the user name or password cannot be found and to reset my password. The verification code NEVER comes (and yes I check my spam). I have started avoiding clinics that use Jane because it’s SO frustrating and I don’t think the practitioners understand this. In this day and age it shouldn’t be this hard.

Your first time customers won't book
Your first time customers will go elsewhere.
If I try and book a slot, I'm then required to create a log in first, at which point my booking leaves my basket, but is also blocked on the system from being booked for 10 minutes, so looks as if it's no longer available.
Twice I've almost booked a different physio as I thought there were no times still available.

Jane is a scam
So, I have been with Jane since 2017.
I use the integration with Jane for payments referred to as ‘Payfirma’.
I have been instructed that they are getting rid of this as of May 1st, and had a call today where she stated that it was that they did not know if there were issues with the payments.
So, I make use of Mailchimp, Telus direct billing and they do not ask questions about these?
BECAUSE: they want the MONEY for the transactions.

Awful for the end user
I truly don’t understand how the Jane App has such positive reviews. Perhaps the reviews are from practitioners and not end-users. This is an end-user review:
Jane’s user experience falls apart at the most basic level: logging in. As a patient who uses multiple practitioners on the platform, I’m forced to manage a separate password for each one - all with different requirements. The result is constant password resets, wasted time, and unnecessary frustration.
There is no reason users shouldn’t be able to log in once to a centralized Jane account and navigate between practitioners from there. This is a solved problem in modern software, yet Jane somehow makes it harder the more you use it.
The design feels outdated - and with modern designs on iPhone like passkey, it makes it even more complicated because passkey registers Jane as one platform (as it should be) not a separate one for each practioner. So passkey fails. Security should not come at the expense of usability, and right now Jane fails badly on both fronts.

Jane is the missing key to your clinic's success! We switched in 2021 from Global Office/Juvonno and haven't looked back. The admin side of everything is so intuitive, patients love the online booking system and it takes weight off the phone line. Charting is very customisable, direct billing integration is great, as well as reports for commissions and everything you could possibly think of. Created by a clinic, for clinics. They GET practitioners!

Free month trial is not a month
Free month trial is not a month. I was encouraged to signup with no commitment and evaluate the software for a month. Anyone would be forgiven for thinking that a month would be 30 days ish. No, 14 days later Janeapp took money from my account. The sales rep deliberately omitted that the month was a calendar month, important distinction if you start the licence mid month. An omission that benefits Jane App

Non-negotiable for anyone wanting to scale their practice
Implementing the Jane software has been a game changer for my business. I started off using it as a solo private practice therapist and it saved me so much time every month. Now that I have a group practice I literally cannot imagine operating without it! Such a valuable investment.

This app drives me crazy!!
This app drives me crazy!! It is very user UNFRIENDLY.
Every office I go to uses it. I am yet to figure out how to have just one account for all these different practitioners. I JUST completed forms for one practitioner and it made me change my password for whatever reason. Then I wanted to book with another practitioner and it wouldn't let me in saying my password was wrong. I tried to change it, but no security code would arrive to my email for me to do so. I don't understand why it has to be SO difficult in this day and age to make apps work. Please make it more user friendly and a lot easier to sign into one place where all my practitioners exist.

Love Jane!
I made the switch to Jane from another EHR and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The customer service has been absolutely top-notch. All of my questions get answered promptly, whether via chat or phone or email. I never feel like I'm asking a "stupid" question and I'm always provided with the level of support that I need. The onboarding process was so supportive as well, which was one of my big concerns. I was worried that the change would be very difficult, but the support I received made it as smooth as possible.
