Overall Pretty Solid
Overall, a solid experience with Japanzon. I received exactly what I ordered and actually received it in less time than originally stated. Packaging was great and the item (Gaming Controller) has worked perfect since receiving it.
They do need improvement in their ordering processes and communication though. When I placed my ordered I did not receive an order confirmation or invoice. I had to reach out to them to inquire about the order and it took them more than a week to get back to me after multiple emails.
Once they finally got back to me, the communication was consistent from there. I believe they are just a very small team that needs more dedicated staff for the web portion of their business.
Overall, I would order from them again. Just know you may need a little patience on your side.

Pretty good
I bought a figure, and they got it to me. a bit of it was bent out of shape, perhaps melted, but I wouldn’t say it’s Japanzons fault. I didn’t receive any updates about my order—Even though I was supposed to. I finally received said updates weeks late.
But in the end my order arrived from overseas relatively unscathed, and that’s good enough for me.
Overall I consider Japanzon reliable
