Website accepts payment for out of stock items!
I ordered a couple Transformers, checking out and paying on their website. Then my order was cancelled. I emailed back to ask about the reliability of the stock levels on their website (maybe for future orders) but no answer. So it was a waste of time really.
Update: I’ll revise the review if you reply to my original email and fix your website so it only shows in stock items.
Update: they have replied and updated the listing so that's something.

Nice website design, but a very disappointing experience overall
I really liked the design and general layout of Japanzon's website. It feels clean, modern and easy to navigate. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience.
I ordered a game on May 28. On May 29, I received an email from the seller asking if I was aware that the game was used. Unfortunately, the message ended up in my spam folder, so I only replied on June 8.
The game was supposedly shipped on June 11. However, nothing arrived. On July 3, I started getting suspicious and contacted them through their ticket system to ask when I could expect the delivery. The tracking number they had provided did not work and was not recognized by the local delivery service. I never received a reply to that message.
On July 8, I contacted their support directly via email. On July 9, I was refunded without any explanation. About an hour later, I received a message from Japanzon saying that their supplier was causing problems and that they had to cancel the order. This was quite confusing, as the game had supposedly already been shipped almost a month earlier.
All in all, it was a frustrating and unclear experience. I do not plan to order from them again.

J'ai reçu mon jeu, peut être un mois après, mais je sais que japan post peuvent être long en général. Seul défaut sont les frais de livraison assez chère alors que certains proposent livraison gratuite et dédouané.
J'ai pu gagner des notions de japonais et aussi comment le lire. Bref j'adore le Japon et je compte y vivre bientôt

J'ai commandé 2 artbooks cher (100 euros chacun) qui sont arrivés abimés. J'en ai renvoyé un et garder un autre plus légèrement abimé mais quand même! J'ai du repayé la douane sur le 2eme envoie pour la même commande. En résumé j'ai payé 2 fois la douane et j'ai toujours un des 2 livres abimé.

Concernant les frais de douane, il est vrai que chaque envoi est traité séparément par les services douaniers, ce qui peut entraîner une double taxation en cas de renvoi. Nous en sommes conscients et travaillons à mieux anticiper ces situations, notamment par un emballage renforcé et une meilleure coordination logistique.

It’s a one star review because I can’t give zero stars.
What a horrible experience. I ordered something my son really wanted for Christmas ….. way back in September or October. I was charged and there was zero communication. I emailed multiple times - which is hard to do since they seemed to hide their emails - no result. Finally, in February or so…. I was forced to go through PayPal to get my Money back.
I had a very disappointed son and a huge hassle. Shame because they advertise cool things. Too bad they only seem to exist in the pictures.
Avoid.
