How could one advertise drugs that are only accessible by a written drug prescription by a provider....
And then expect our kids and next our next generation not to order illegal drugs off the internet...

Asked a very specific question and n reference to if there products are latex free and they took the time to research and make sure they were able to confirm there products are latex free!

Received my emergency, travel medication kit, and it contains everything as promised. When I needed a letter to go to another country of all the medications I was carrying, the doctor signed a letter with all my contents listed. I would highly recommend having an emergency kit when you travel.

I am so relieved to find a business like jase medical that provides medications for emergencies. I am immunocompromised, highly infection prone and have to travel a lot for work. I have gotten stuck in the past in a different country with intense illness while not having access to medications. I never want to be in that situation again. Customer service was fast and efficient.

I thought I had ordered three meds. Instead, I was backwards. I ordered one. Not only were they nice about MY mistake, they helped me through it. I would give them 100 stars, for kindness and understanding. Would recommend JASE to everyone.

Outstanding service! I ordered their parasite medication kit, but the package was lost in transit. Even though it was not Jase's fault, they replaced the product free of charge!

I ordered 3 replacement antibiotic
S for my kit. What I got was nothing that I ordered in another pack which I did not need. The meds they did send were I did not need or use for that matter. I sent photo of what I received and they Said it’s what I ordered but I know for a fact I did not. I only ordered 3 items as replacement and received one of them all for the hefty price of $274. This for some ointment, nausea medication and another medication for fungus or something in another on of their bags. Outrageous!

Unlike TWC, Jace has support that actually answers the phone and emails quickly. They have the products that they say they have and don't pay a fortune for advertising increase customer cost. Quality products, great staff, what more could you ask for?

I purchased a Jase Case in August 2025 for emergency situations—specifically for times when I might need antibiotics and medical offices are closed. On Christmas Eve 2025, I developed a severe RSV infection that progressed into a painful sinus infection. I felt as though I were drowning in thick, green mucus.
I turned to my Jase Case and began taking Augmentin, but it had no effect on the infection. Typically, when Augmentin is effective, it both resolves the infection and causes significant gastrointestinal side effects for me. This time, my stomach felt completely normal throughout the course, as if I weren’t taking antibiotics at all—despite the fact that I am usually very sensitive to them.
Because of this, I’m concerned that the antibiotics I received from Jase were ineffective. In prior years, Jase antibiotics worked exactly as expected. This year, however, it felt like I was taking placebo pills rather than a real antibiotic. If Jase is going to sell emergency antibiotics, they need to actually work—not feel like sugar pills.

Easy to follow online questions. And I was so impressed with Jace medical personnel review of my medical history and changing some of the standard medications to different ones because of my history. Their quick response by email was fantastic.
