No order updates for six days after the order was placed. After I emailed them, the next day the order got shipped by FedEx from a nearby town. May be a coincidence. Also did not get a reply to my inquiry. I like the free shipping at $25 but honestly I don't know how they make money then. This is a fairly large and somewhat heavy package. Gave back a "star" because no-one else seemed to have these in stock. Also did not like having to use "Shopify" to track order.

Too expensive. Waited way too long to deliver. Called twice to cancel order. Ignored message

This is my second order from Oz Medical. They offer good prices. My first order was delivered within 2 days. My second order took longer. I had to call the company about my order. Customer service was great. They got right on it and shipped my order. I am pleased with this company and will order from them again.

It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my order yet. Can someone please tell me why?

Update your website. The item I needed and paid for you did not have in stock. Thankfully, you sent the refund and I appreciate that.

I had ordered a case of 12 tubes of ointment. Some days went by, and I had not received a shipping notification and became concerned. I emailed their Customer Service and got an immediate response saying that they would look into it. A couple more days went by with no word, and then I received an expected delivery notification from FedEx. My case of ointment came, only to open it and realize that they had substituted my product for another brand! 😡 12 tubes of something I did not order. They did not ask me if they could substitute my product or let me know that they were unable to send the brand I ordered. I'm furious! Since I had been out of my ointment for my legs and had waited, I decided to try a tube of the ointment I received and am VERY disappointed. The replacement ointment is loaded with fragrance and burns the condition on my legs. Because of this whole experience, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OZMEDICAL!

Placed an order. The money was booked immediately. A week later I'm still waiting. Haven't received a word as to when or if my order will ever be filled or shipped.
