So I wanted a custom bushcraft knife
So I wanted a custom bushcraft knife that was reliable but didn't break the bank this is when i came across jayger. I went with a Kukri as iv never actually had one and always wanted one. Now I haven't used it to cut wood or any heavy tasks yet. However I can say it is definitely hard as I tested it with a file to see. It was made exactly to my specifications and delivered in just over a month. That also included a custom made sheath which I may add is also sturdy and well made. The blade it's self is razor sharp and can slice through cardboard with ease. I had heard bad rumours about this shop online that it was bad steel and even contained lead. I was assured it didn't contain lead but I still tested it when it arrived and it didn't contain lead over 3 separate tests. The Damascus steel is stunning you can see every individual layer. One thing I would also love to clarify for people is that some reviews mention that it said 5 days for delivery. That only applies to the already finished premade products that are for sale, if you are ordering a custom piece that needs to be forged it is obviously not going to take 5 days. The customer support was amazing and I mean we are talking probably the best IV ever had. I requested updates and lots of information. All replies came within a day and they were very informative and positive I even received pictures of my knife through the process. The price for a custom knife was also great IV never actually seen ones for as cheap as they are here but the quality is definitely on par with other big and renowned blade makers/companies. Overall Im very impressed and will update this when I get some heavy tasks done.
EDIT 4th of may 26: heavy tasks have been done. I have cut through thick tree branches that I would normally use an axe for, not a knife, and it handled it with ease. And unexpectedly after doing this it still held an edge and sliced through paper like butter. Very very impressed!

Shipping takes way too long so prepare for that
It wasn’t until a few days after purchase that they requested my ID to verify age for the knife blade. This should have been taken care of during the purchasing time, after that shipping has been taking way longer than expected with a new recieving date that is 3 weeks out from the original purchase date. I just hope the quality is good.

Ordered, delivered quickly and is as exactly as promised. Good quality materials and Sharpe as a razor. Very pleased so far.

It would have been nice to know how many layers this material was folded into, as well as a description of what exact materials were used. I don't know if it was worth triple the billets initial price point, when said and done. Might not be able to get the edge retention I'd like for the design I have in mind, which would make it a hard sell

As per info on website - I contacted them twice by email and once by phone - no response.
I’d requested to return a product purchased for my husband who sadly died the day after it arrived, but got no response to emails and excuses when I called.

I just received my Hand Forged Carbon Steel Kitchen Cleaver/ Bushcraft Knife CH17! What a work of art! Great craftsmanship! Loved the beautiful engraved wooden handle and leather sheath. Be very wary - false advertising
1.Paid for engraved knives.
2. Sent the knives to me by royal pi mail without any engraving, even though I received a email confirming they would not do this and confirmed wording.
3.tried to gaslight me by saying I did not send inscription in time and any personal response I had received was 'auto generated'
4. Finally apologised and asked me to send knives back by evri and they would refund me and resend knives with inscription. BUT..
5. THEY DON'T HAVE A CONTRACT WITH EVRI AS A RETAILOR
6. I pointed this out.. Their last email said " we've done everything we can to resolve it'
7 I asked 4 Times for a prepaid form to be sent so I could send the knives back but realise they couldnt do this as they are not a retailer for EVRI
8. Hands down the the worst company I've ever used. False advertising and gaslighters.

We reached out to suggest a shortened version to ensure a high-quality finish, but as we did not receive a timely response, the order was dispatched to avoid further delay.
We understand this was not your intended result. To resolve this:
Engraving/Refunds: We do offer a full refund for the engraving service if it cannot be completed for any reason, or a replacement if preferred.
Returns: We apologize for any confusion regarding the courier. We will provide a clear, alternative solution for the return shipping to ensure the knives are sent back to us easily and at no cost to you.
