Steak knives - NO DELIVERY or COMMUNICATION
Ordered a set of steak knives. Have followed up to see where the delivery is and no response from 2x emails and multiple attempts to call the number that goes straight to voicemail. Not sure I trust these guys and running out of time to get them for my event now (2 days time). I will be taking this up with my bank to seek a refund as they can't be bothered to respond to me.

Is Jayger still operational?
On 31st January, I placed an order on Jayger's website for an engraved knife and sheaf. (Order # 1160)
Confirmation was immediate, by email.
According to their terms, delivery is 5-6 working days, yet I have not received a single update since I placed my order.
Yesterday morning, I emailed Jayger, using their admin email address to request an update.
This morning, I telephoned their contact number of +447402921100, and left a voicemail, asking for an update.
I am still awaiting a response.
Customer service is non existent, leaving me frustrated and suspicious. Despite the excellent reviews posted here, I am beginning to wonder whether Jayger is legitimate.
I've clicked on the order confirmation email link, to view any order updates, and the only information displayed is the confirmation of my order, the cost, and the delivery address.
If Jayger doesn't reply by Monday, I will be contacting my bank for an investigation, and demand a refund.

The delay in your order is due to a mandatory age verification process required by law for the sale of bladed items. We cannot legally dispatch an order until this verification is complete. We reached out via email to request this information, but it appears there may have been a breakdown in communication or a technical issue preventing our messages from reaching you.
Custom Knife
I ordered a custom knife from Jayger and honestly the outcome was far better than I imagined. Long, thick and with plenty of heft to it without being cumbersome.
I almost don't want to use it for its intended purpose in my garden it's that beautiful.

Chose small billhook for a hedge-laying…
Chose small billhook for a hedge-laying project - a little light perhaps but sharp, kept its edge and beautifully made.... great for tight corners. Am ordering up the larger model for next stretch of hedge. Prompt delivery, quick ID process, good service, great product.

Top quality products
I orderd a sgian dubh Damascus blade and a custom sheath for it when I received the products I was very pleased with the quality of the items I received the Damascus has a beautiful pattern and is top quality craftsmanship it was very sharp right out of the package unlike most sgian dubh blades so I did not have to sharpen it right away which is great for me. Now onto the sheath I can’t find anything bad to say about it it’s very well put together and looks like it will hold up very well with proper care.

Amazing experience
My experience with Jayger was entirely amazing, They provide great quality products with not only sturdy construction and durability but also attractive aesthetic design,
I purchased Jack Krausers knife from RE4, I am very happy with it, I especially appreciated the customization feature with the initals you can put onto the product.
