I brought a JBW watch from Macys , when I open the package the watch was not working, I assumed it was the battery. I didn’t take it to change the battery until 3 months later. It turns out the watch was defected and Macys will not allow return after 90 days. I have been trying to reach JBW with no success. I even sent a detailed with no reply from JBW company. Extremely difficult to reach anyone at the company. Having this experience I will not continue to purchase since the company doesn’t reply to emails and there is no customer service number. It’s a beautiful watch and cost enough that it’s worth paying to fix. Beware if you plan to purchase a watch from JBW as watches sometimes are defected. Good luck !!!

My watch looks brand new. This is truly a quality company. They honored the warranty policy and basically only charged me for the shipping to fix diamonds that fell out of my case and my band. MN repaired it and did an excellent job. The only thing I would change was how long the repair took. I think my watch was gone for about two months. Nonetheless, I would buy more jewelry from this company without hesitation.

My battery was replaced and from sending watch out and them shipping watch back too me communication was very good. I want to thank MN for repairing my watch.

I purchase a few watchs for the past 5 years.Even after purchasing the watch.They always honored they Warranty policies with me.That along keep me faithful to this company. My time piece looks brand new. My wife and kids got me the Jetsetter when I completed Grad school. When it got damaged, my heart was broken. 6 years in school, a full time job and raising 5 daughter's, this JBW meant the world to me. Thank you JBW team for the awesome repairs.

I love this company soooo bad. Purchased a watch and matching bangle… very beautiful but I broke my bangle. Contacted them for repair assistance and not only did I get a quick response the turnaround was almost immediate. I will never purchase from anyone else! Quality jewelry and customer service!

I purchased a JBW watch for $595, and only two weeks later the same model dropped to $334. I contacted customer service multiple times and, after a long wait, I was told that JBW does not honor price adjustments. The watch itself is nice, but I’m very disappointed in the lack of flexibility and customer care. Customers should be aware of this policy before purchasing.

I love my their service. They replaced some diamonds and the battery and now my watch is looking brand new! I love JBW.

I’ve had my timepiece since 2018 I sent it in for repair and cleaning when I tell you I’m over satisfied these guys did a PHENOMENAL!!!!!!! job with the repairs and cleaning and everything was done in a timely manner

Watch repair was a breeze to me . I own four nice watches from JBW that i constantly wear . One of my bans broke and needed repair. I reached out with a speedy response on what steps to take on gettIng it repaired. Back and forth emails was a easy success. It took about 3 to four weeks for the whole process but my watch looks brand new . Yeah!!! Im back in motion !!!!!!
