I ordered a few sweaters the middle of November, got an order number and they took out ?93 from my bank account. I got an order confirmation and that was the only thing I received. Logged back in to my account and it says I never ordered. Emailed suppot@jasperbelly twice and never got a response. Thinking about taking legal actions. As they say “If it seems to good to be true it probably isn’t “

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Ordered a Christmas gift November 22. Reached out to customer service and they stated they would escalate the shipping so it would go out in a timely manner. Reached out again after over two weeks and now they are just like well you won’t get it in time so you can maybe use it for future occasions. Ummm no it should not be taking this long and they will not refund my order. Don’t order from this place it’s a joke and scam.

Will it ever arrive?
Now that I am here and am reading these reviews I am getting worried. I placed an order back on november 11th. The two stars are because I did get an order confirmation so that is good but have not received any information regarding shipment. I sent an email to JellyBuddy Support and haven't heard back yet. Now I am concerned that I may never get my merchandise.

50/50 experience
I’m 50/50 with Jelly Buddy. I’ve ordered a few of there Plaid Jackets (Flannels) and none of what I received looked like how it does in the picture, nor does it have the same fabric as it does in the pictures. All I’m looking for are high quality and good looking products. The fabric of the first product I got was perfect, but the colors didn’t match what I ordered. The fabric of the 2nd flannel I ordered feels like more of a dress shirt than a flannel.

I have order a few of your shirts (with more to come) and so far I have had no problems with delivery, I like the fit and feel and like the designs. I would have no problem recommending Jellybuddy to any/all my friends. Very happy so far.

I made the order on 12/1/2022, I didn’t know that it was a overseas company, I should of check the reviews, as of 12/8/2022 I haven’t receive my order nor an ETA by the customer service, I just hope that doesn’t take too long (a month) to get this Christmas gift, also I hope the quality of the product is good, i was hopping that I will have some ETA by now but no,I will update this when I get the product
12/15/2022 as an update, as of today no product show up yet, the USPS has a ticket created since two days ago but not received the product, I don’t think I will have this by Christmas, I should of done a better research, I just hope that the quality is good, because the price was high, SMH, if the product is good or not, I will post pictures of it

I just received this jacket yesterday, honestly I tough was going to be a BS jacket, but no is good I like it, is light, warm, material is good, zipper need a stronger sipper probably will break within couple of months, the price is too high that maybe because comes from china, if you willing to wait 20 to 25 days to get merchandise from @jellybudy then go ahead, do I going to order from there again I don’t know,

Do not use, no reffunds given for lost post
I did not receive my package and requested a refund. The company claim it was delivered. They did have a printout from the delivery service saying delivered. However no signature or statement as to if it was left in a safe place, neighbour etc. On the date the delivery was recorded, I had no delivery and work from home, so would have seen it. I have a ring doorbell that showed no activity and a video camera covering my front door that also did not capture any delivery. Even if the delivery service used by this company left the parcel with someone else or ina "safe place" I did not give authority for this to happen, my contract with the company was for deluvery to me.
Despite this, they refused to refund my purchase. There will probably be some sort of automated response to this, but their customer services really dont care once they have yo money.

I have made multiple orders from Jellybuddy. It does take a minute to receive your product, overseas company, but the products I have received have been as advertised. Look at the size chart prior to ordering. I have found the size chart to be correct for picking the right size.

I was just about to order over $500.00 worth of Christmas gifts from here, so glad I read reviews first. Weary of ordering from these companies to begin with , way too much deception advertised on styles, material, sizes and workmanship, reading reviews before handing my hard earned cash to these companies is the best way to avoid the unnecessary holiday aggravation besides the hassle of returning then finding out they only exchange and you have to pay for the shipping to God knows where- Learned my lesson well the first time - Always Read reviews, that's my rule 👍

Don’t waste your money with this joke of a company. My daughter bought me a xxl jacket and spent $85 plus $25 for expedited shipping. The jacket took over a month to get here and the sleeves are so short! The sleeves are meant for a small! Also the pockets were sewn shut! Can’t even use them! Also, the zipper is cheap and on the wrong side for a man! Horrible company!

Extremely Poor Customer Service
I ordered a lace up hoodie; I thought I ordered a size xxl but received a size small and it did not have the laces. When I asked to return it, I was honest and said the size is wrong and it is missing the laces. Their response was, due to high cost of shipping, it would be better that I keep the hoodie and they would give me a 20% ($7.80) refund. Or 50% credit toward a reorder as I had ordered the wrong size. Jellybuddy insists I ordered a small. As there was no order confirmation, I can’t confirm I ordered the right or wrong size.
I proposed a third option. I keep the hoodie, and never order from them again. And I will tell friends and family not to order from them ether. Which I have. My daughter was going to order some shirts and a hoodie for her brother’s birthday as he is a mechanic and he has a beard. (He has a beard and he fixes things, that’s what he does). I stood by my promise, I cost them an order.
If the hoodie was just the wrong size, I would have agreed that I MAY have ordered the wrong size by mistake and been done with it. But it is missing the laces. It’s advertised as a lace up hoodie. Without laces it’s not a lace up hoodie. The product is defective and not as advertised. I should have been given a full refund or a replacement sent without question.
Other reputable companies would have. I ordered hiking boots from Merrill last year, when they came in, they did not fit. They were the same size I normally wear but they were too tight. I contacted Merrill and was told the product description clearly states this style of boot run small and you should have ordered a size larger. Despite this, they gave me a return code without me asking for it and sent me the next size up. Because of their customer service, my family has ordered at least five pairs of hiking boots and trail shoes this year alone. Unless something changes, I will continue to order from them. (I am a repeat customer.) Another example, my wife ordered a lawn ornament that came missing parts. She contacted the seller and like Jellybuddy said it would cost more to ship it back than it’s worth. They gave her the option of refunding the purchase price or send a replacement at their cost. No back and forth, just an apology and corrective action. She is now a repeat customer and her sister and friend have ordered from them.
Follow up: Got a reply this morning from Jellybuddy stating I can return the hoodie for a full refund at my expense. Already gave the hoodie to the neighbor’s kid, I’m not going to ask for it back. But I will keep telling friends and family not to order from them. I have already cost them one order and in the end I bet I cost them more in lost sales than it would have been to make this right the first time. And they lost at least one if not two repeat customers.

Worst customer service this company is the biggest scam artist wanting to scam you out of money! Won't refund you after taking damn months to get you your order and are rude in there replies when you wait MONTHS MONTHS!!!!! for a order that says originally 7-10 days!!!!
