Garbage chineese company. Ordered a Christmas sweater mid November 2022. Today is December 22 and still no sweater. Had I known it was coming from China, I would not have purchased it.tracking says it is still in China. What a joke. Update: it finally arrived. I ordered a 3xl. It will not fit my athletic teenage boy.....

They blew it!
I'm still waiting on an order, and I emailed customer service to locate this package as the status stated fulfilled. They have yet to respond. I have no tracking number, and the dang order # states it can't be found. This site is crap, move on. I'm so disappointed, my son wanted the shirt for his girlfriend for Christmas and you guys blew it. And from the reviews, if I do get it, it will be a thin, blurry mess. I would give you 0 stars if I could. SMH.

takes 2 months to get your order and…
takes 2 months to get your order and then when i got it the quality was horrible. I bought 2 shirts and all 3 are not wearable. The pictures on the shirts are blurry and faded and look aweful. I waited so long for this only to be let down. I want my money back but doubt i will get that either

I will never order from this company again. I placed my order November 27th. It’s now December 21st and, the say,it’s in transit to Elk Grove UPS in IL. They said it would arrive by Christmas but I doubt it. It takes way to long but they took my money immediately!! I think I was scammed.

What a joke
What a joke! I order a solid color sweatshirt and a hoodie. The sweatshirt was not a solid color and it is thinner than most t-shirts! It actually looks like something from the 1970's! The hoodie is a similar color, but not like the picture, and it has no neck liner like the picture, and it is maybe as thick as a normal long sleeve shirt, bit far from a hoodie. Don't waste your time or money with this place, unless you want to throw money away on a good laugh 😂

Order JB113127 was put in two weeks ago haven't heard anything about shipping. I got an email confirmation that my order was received but still nothing on shipping.The order was placed on December 10, 2022....I should have read all the reviews before ordering and losing $80.....

qualité mediocre, taille ne correspont pas, demande de remboursement jamais traitée , site a fuir absolument, purement de l'arnaque, suite à la réponse du vendeur, j'ai demandé un remboursement et de retourner ma commande, on me propose 30pour cent de remboursement et une carte cadeaux, je n'ai pas demandé ça, les produits sont de mauvaise qualité et je leur ai fait parvenir des photos comme preuves et demander de leur retourner les produits donc jattend de la bonne foi de leur part, et j'attend toujours sans mes cadeaux de Noël, vraiment déçu de jellybuddy

Jacket is warm but flaws
Jacket is warm but for size xL body part is xL but lengths of the arms to short for xL and both packets are sewed closed it took for ever to get order it November 21 got it December 19 to return it and wait for money back would take for ever and cost me and would not probably will jot get refund for monthssss I would not recommend this company for they got there money so they will not care

DO NOT buy from this place. It is a huge scam. Their clothes are cheaper looking than a store bought kids costume. The quality is awful and the printing on the shirts is unreadable, it’s too blurry.
I threw away the stuff I bought. It was that bad.

Just ordered … but now concerned
Have just ordered some item and now starting to wish I had checked out the reviews first, concerning to read about items not arriving and not looking how they have been advertised especially when their items aren’t cheap. Can only wait and see what happens

Not as pictured at all! Poor quality and wrong color
Ordered 2 items on November 28th, finally after emailing just received 1 item on December 12th, even though I was told my entire order was on the way. The item I ordered a Men's Long Sleeve Thickening Cardigan was not at all what was pictured. The color and quality do not match! What a complete waste of time and money. I would post a picture of the comparison if there was a place to do so.
....update, the company seems to be working with me. They refunded the item that hasn't shipped yet and are reviewing the comparison pictures that I sent. I will post again with the outcome.

I placed an order on November 14. I got a confirmation email saying the order has been placed. I still have not received anything. It just said order has been placed. I have reached out to the support team and all they tell me it was a pre-sale and it’s being processed at the warehouse. I gave two stars because they did email back and I did receive a confirmation email but if you were going to have an item for sale, then make sure that you can ship said item and not tell the person it was on pre-sale

I ordered a Christmas gift on November 20th and received the confirmation email; however, that was the LAST thing I got. I have not received a tracking number. When I ordered it said it would be here in time for Christmas. But it doesn't appear to have even shipped yet. I'm not getting answers from the help desk emails I have sent.

this company is obviously a scam and using marketing on facebook and instagram. My order has not shown and hasnt been shipped from 8 days ago and their site says delays from Covid. Its BS warning do not order I wish I had read reviews first. going to try and get Paypal to get money back
