Ordered my wedding suit from this company. Took my money then radio silence. Two months before my wedding I'm sending emails every other day explaining I need a date. No reply. Not one.

I claimed the money back from PayPal which everyone should do. NEVER buy anything from this company. Absolute scam and whoever steers this sad excuse for a ship, should be utterly ashamed of themselves.

Ordered a suit for a party and still waiting on suit to be delivered, even though party is now 4 weeks past.

Sent numerous emails and tried calling to never receive an answer or an explanation. Haply to take people's hard earned money in these trying times and not deliver the good promised. Absolute fraud of a company and should be closed down.

Ordered a suit 7 weeks in advance for a wedding. No contact once payment was made and no reply to requests for a delivery date. Suit arrived after the wedding and does not fit. Have contacted J&W for a refund but no response. I've also tried to return the suit but Royal Mail have been unable to deliver it. The post have tried on multiple days at different times to deliver the item over the last month. But no one is ever present to sign for the parcel.

I would not recommend buying a suit from Jennis & Warmann.

Only one star because it won't let me leave zero. Ordered two suits, after two months no contact or delivery, then chased urgently. Was eventually (after many emails and phone calls) contacted, and given a date. One suit turned up, now no contact, won't reply, no way of getting money back for the lack of the second suit, and the one I have has faults (pockets coming apart!) - DO NOT USE THEM, UTTER FRAUDS

We received our order weeks after they should have been delivered.

My son's suit has arrived a size smaller than we ordered. We have measured the garment sizes and they align with the labels on the items. We placed the order for a 32" jacket and a 30" has been received, which will not do up over his waistcoat. We ordered a 32" waistcoat and received a 30". Similarly we ordered 30" waist slim fit trousers and 28" have been supplied. We have checked his body dimensions and these are the same as when we measured him in June and placed the order. Basically, we need them swapped for the actual sizes ordered.

With my husband's suit, we were advised to order a 46" jacket and 46" waistcoat, but the jacket will not do up over the waistcoat. He therefore needs a jacket one size larger. Again, I have rechecked his body measurements and they are the same as in June.

We have emailed with no reply, gone on messenger, left message via website and called but despite message no answer. We are really worried this may ruin our sons wedding but they seem totally uninterested to date.

Will they do anything to help?

Accurate measurements, fast shipping. Great quality custom fit, especially for the price! This is my second time ordering and I plan to order more.

I ordered some suits well within the timeframe stated on the website (2+ months). As the end of this period approached, I contacted the company inquiring as to when I could expect delivery. I was told that a shipment had been lost and I communicated the latest date I could receive delivery of ordered items or I would have to cancel the order.

When again i did not receive anything I asked for refund and was ignored repeatedly and never received any refund or any further communication from the company. Don't bother calling the phone number on the website, as it will just take you through to a recorded message. As most of the reviews here will show, I am not the only person unfortunate enough to have tried to order items from this company and hope that people read these reviews before ordering!

Approach with caution, they have taken our money and never sent us a suit. The service is appalling, we have tried cancelling and they have stopped responding (this started in April) If I could give zero stars I would have.

Ordered at the beginning of April, get an email at the beginning of May to say the suit was delayed so sent an email back asap explaining the urgency and I’ve heard nothing since! It’s now the end of June and I get married in August!!

So, I’ve had to look elsewhere for a suit for my wedding.

Luckily I ordered through PayPal so, I reported a problem and filled everything in etc as soon as I clicked submit, PayPal told me my claim had been settled and I would get a full refund. Within 30 seconds! It took longer to fill in the forms etc

To me, that says this company is known to PayPal as being fraudulent or just a blatant scam! Can imagine a lot of customers have done the same thing.

If I were you, I’d give it a go if you’re in the same boat!

Potential customers; I hope you read this and the many other reviews - I wish I did! Just go to Moss Bros and save yourself some time and hassle!

Avoid like the plague. Any plague. All the plagues. Based on the lack of any kind of contact despite repeated attempts after taking a lot of money from us, I would assume this place was a scam. Their website states a handmade suit can be cut and delivered within 4-6 weeks. 4 - 6 weeks came and went, no contact, no responses, and we resorted to buying off the rack suits to make sure we had something for the wedding we were going to.

Look, guys, if you're reading this, it's fine if you can't make the suit in time. Just TELL US. Every business is struggling at the moment due to backlogs and supply issues. Just don't advertise that you will make the suit in a set time, take our money, and go radio silent.

Since you did this, and as of yet you haven't refunded the money, I will tell everyone reading this that you are a scam and to go literally anywhere else.

What I paid for did not arrive.

I've been emailing for almost seven months trying to get a refund or have the items sent to me. I've been completely ignored.

I recently bought five custom suits for my wedding. None of the five (independently measured) suits fit and therefore need alterations or to be replaced. This is where the problems start. The communication and sales team is a disgrace, they do not respond to messages via any platform and do not even have a working phone line. The suits themselves are decent quality (Non-British made) but the customer service is appalling and if your suit doesn't fit you will be left out in the cold. I won't let this ruin my wedding, but I would advise any potential customers to go elsewhere, even it is a bit more expensive, as you will save yourself a lot of heartache.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Returned my suit as the fit wasn't great (that's not my issue), however despite confirming with the courier that my suit was delivered and signed for, and after numerous attempts to contact Jennis & Warmann, I have not received any response or refund for my suit. They have deleted my post on their Facebook page, so they must have seen my query. Will be contacting Consumer Ombudsman.

I bought a Country heritage Green Plaid suit and a pair of bespoke shoes which I designed on their website for my son's wedding. Jay contacted me very quickly to check my sizes were correct and to inform me the that the shoes take a bit longer to send out as they are made elsewhere. I am really pleased with the suit and shoes. Both are an excellent fit and worth waiting the extra few weeks for. I live in the North of Ireland and delivery was no issue. Any questions I had about my order were quickly answered by Jay so thanks again. I don't understand some of the negative reviews because the quality is very good and the packaging exceptional. You feel like you get a lot for your money. Thanks Guys and i will be back later in the year.
