Terrible terrible company- please avoid. They’ll fail you at every little detail. Don’t give them your money, it feels like a scam!

We researched a number of suit suppliers for our Wedding in November of 2019. In the end we chose Jennis and Warmann as they could customise the 5 suits we required, and all for a reasonable price. The service from day one was brilliant - the measurements by Jean-Paul at their offices in London were spot on, and the quality of the suits speaks for themselves. When we needed to get a quick adjustment done to one of the jackets only a couple of weeks prior to the Wedding, due to an ever growing nephew it was taken care of with no hassle, and delivered back to us in time for the wedding.

Our experience with Jean-Paul at Jennis & Warmann has been excellent. Five 3-piece suits were made for groom and groomsmen, all great quality. We had an initial consultation on 7 Oct, a fitting on 16 Oct, and the suits were made ready for a second fitting by 11 Nov. The final turnaround with their tailors was a couple of days meaning we had our suits in time for the wedding. Jean-Paul in particular was excellent to deal with - always professional, responsive and friendly. The office can be a little hard to find, but once you’re there it’s great. My understanding is that many of the negative reviews have come from an old management and location, which has now improved under his new management. They recommend leaving one month to get the suits made and I suggest that you do that or even a little more if there is a firm deadline - custom made items can always get delayed. Nevertheless we were always reassured that the suits would arrive in time, including Jean-Paul arranging next day delivery to meet our deadline. The suits are a beautiful fabric, well cut and fitted, and I highly recommend the extra money to get a custom fit!

Excellent suit and an excellent experience!
I had a good friend get married earlier in the year and noticed his suit, when it came to my wedding i asked him for the details. Jennis and Warmann were very helpful and professional from the 1st step. I am very happy with my suit, it is excellent quality and at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend!

Ordered 6 suits (including my made to measure one) 3 months before my wedding day and told it will take 5-6 weeks to arrive. Sounded great and good value and JP is very attentive.

After making payment everything changed. No tracking, they don’t answer calls, emails take a week for a reply and is vague (your suits are being made, we’ll be in touch soon..). After chasing constantly for weeks with little to no reply, they finally told me suits would arrive 3 days before the wedding!! So 4-5 weeks late.

Absolute disgrace and not enough time for suits to be delivered, tried on, changes and any alterations undertaken.

After service is none existent and would not recommend to anybody. Had to source from the great marc darcy who are everything i would expect from a professional outfit but at higher cost.

I’m still waiting for a reply to my compliant and they think providing a refund is sufficient. Stay away unless you want unnecessary stress before a big event!

I am very satisfied with the purchase of my dress in blue herringbone tweed at Jennys&Warmann: the quality of the fabric is very good, the design is elegant and the tailoring is excellent. Really satisfied.

Good quality material, we had quite a few suits made for a wedding. Poor service having to go to the (completely inadequate) offices on more than one occasion as JP could not get things right. Very knowledgeable but very poor communication. If you want cheap reasonable quality suits and don't mind a tonne of hassle and grief then they are fine, otherwise pay a bit more for better quality service!! More often than not difficult to contact. We had a meeting at their offices. JP dictated the time we were travelling for over an hour, we arrived in their office at ten to nine for a 9 o'clock appointment. JP decided to roll up over 10 minutes late no contact to say he would be late saying he missed his bus as his alarm didn't go off. What a joke !! two bit player in a very competitive market. Paying up front for poor service is very frustrating as you have no power as a customer!!

Great suits at a decent price. Good service from Jean-Paul. Don't be put off by the location in a serviced office on a small commercial estate in Leyton. Easy to get to by Underground to Leyton or Stratford then bus. Appointment system needs a bit of work as Jean-Paul was often pushed for time but for the price.....great suits.

Amazing experience, having my first tailor made bespoke suit. Such an amazing quality. Better then I thought it was going to be. Can’t wait to wear it for the big day.

We ordered five made to measure 3 piece suits in Prince of Wales check for my Sons wedding from Jennis and Warmann.
The initial measuring for all five people was carried in a professional manner by Jean -Paul at their Leyton 3rd floor address.
The level of detailed measuring was impressive.Jean-Paul of Jennis and Warmann explains the complete process with enthusiasm and with a smile at all times putting everyone at ease.
Suits were available in less than a Month from measuring. We are all very impressed with the level of quality of the finished article and cannot believe how well the suits fit. No additional tayloring was required, well done Jean-Paul.I will send you a picture of us all in your fabulous suits after the wedding in August.Regards Peter.

Jean-Paul is fantastic. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Could not recommend enough. Over the moon with the suit for my wedding. Fits like a glove. Very good value for a tailor made suit. You can't go wrong!
