The only reason this review doesn’t get 5 stars is because the suit didn’t come with a hanger when it was sent out to me - and that’s the only problem I’ve had with Jennis & Warmann since the journey began 6 weeks ago. It’s been frictionless, high quality engagement and I’m delighted with the final suit. Can’t wait to wear it to work and to weddings in the future!

I got a bespoke suit for my wedding from Jennis & Warmann and could not be happier with it! Great price for the quality of the suit and Jean-Paul’s customer care was second to none. Could not recommend Jennis & Warmann enough, you won’t be disappointed.

I was very interested in a 3-piece tailored harris tweed suit costing over £600. I e-mailed them a question regarding suit size, but have not have had a reply after two days.
Not happy with their customer service.

We phoned first thing as we was in the vicinity and wanted to get measured for a suit, he eyed me up and down and pretty much already knew my sizes, measured for sure and was on the money, the service was very professional and we felt very looked after. I wish the company all the best selling a fantastic product at competitive prices. You will not find better.

WARNING!!! DO NOT USE this bunch of cowboys!! They're a one man band, tiny little office, and do not fulfill their orders correctly. I paid over £1k up front and my suits were over 3 weeks late. When they did arrive, 5 out 6 came un-hemmed, even though all measurements were given. Company is now refusing to pay the bill for having them hemmed, even though they sent me an email telling me to send through the invoice for the alterations!! Jokers! Suit quality is also poor. Do Not Use!!!

The service we got was excellent from the start, ordered 3 adults suits and 2 children’s, all tailor made, they are amazing, all fit perfectly, can’t wait to wear them at my sons wedding, would definitely recommend you get your suits from here!

I recently received my 6 groomsmen suits on time and I’m really happy with quality of the suits.

The only negatives would be their customer support was a bit lacking and it was often hard to get hold of someone for queries about the status of the order. Also the new office (in Leyton) was very hard to find and no-one was there to let us in so we waited for half an hour until an employee from another company let us in.. then the “showroom” was a tiny office that was very messy.. other than that though.. very happy!

Suits looked amazing and comfortable. had a problem with 2 pairs of trousers when I called them they took the trousers and rectified the problem in days. would recommend to bye

Ordered a tailored suit July 1st 2018. Estimated delivery was expected to be 45 days.
After 50 days I contacted customer service. They didn’t respond until my second e-mail 10 days later. Promised to get it sorted right away.
After promises and many e-mails the suit was sent out the week before Christmas with a promise that I would have the suit by Christmas. Christmas went by with no suit. Then I got contacted by someone that lived on the other side of my country that had got my suit in his mail. I got to pay him to send the suit to me. And of course Jennis & Warmann said that it wasn’t their fault.
When I got the suit that I had waited for half a year it didn’t fit at all. And I had been very careful when measuring and sending in the measurements. But nothing were even close to my size. I contacted Jennis & Warmann about a return and they instructed me how to do and promised the money back.
I got a return receipt from them where they claimed to have had my money refunded. But I never got any money. When I contacted them about this they blamed PayPal. I contacted PayPal and they confirmed that Jennis & Warmann had never made any refund to me. When i confronted customer service about that, they stopped responding. And that’s where I am now. Never ever buy anything from Jennis & Warmann. You might as well throw your money away or give them to charity, where they at least will do some good. Jennis & Warmann is a joke and a fraud.

We were extremely happy with the suits, the fabric quality and colour plus the detail (wooden buttons).

The shop and new location were/are small and had limited changing facilities and didn't provide a quality customer experience that was reflective of the high quality garments.

Over 40 days after ordering, no suit and told there were delays in tailoring. Requested a refund and took 10 days to return my money. Would highly suggest avoiding this company

Really good quality suit, well made. Jean-Paul was incredible help and made it all happen. He was very patient and accommodating! Only down side is the shop itself, but apart from that very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a suit from jennis & Warmann for a wedding after consulting their online sizing chart and having my seamstress fiancee take my measurements. The suit arrived 21 days late, and then only after I contacted them several times. The suit they sent did not fit or match the dimensions posted online--in fact it seemed like their suit pattern was completely wrong. So, as I was scrambling to find a local alternative to obtain on short notice, I contacted Jennis & Warmann to tell them what happened. They brushed me off, saying that it was simply impossible they had made any mistakes on my suit, but if I has any problems I could pay $70 to ship it back to them, so they could consider a refund. (This is after I had already paid $50 for them to ship the suit to me.) I posted a review on their website--they removed it. I called several times--they continued to brush me off. The result was I paid over $100 for the privilege of seeing firsthand the horrible quality of both their product and their service. In the end, I bought a very similar J. Crew suit off the rack in the same measurements which actually fit. What a concept.

Amazing quality shirts and suits. Haven't been disappointed by the clothes or the service I've gotten yet. Highly recommend. Daniel Laffy

Don't do it.

I have spent in excess of £1,000 for five suits from the firm, for my forthcoming wedding, and the overall service has been appalling. I'm kicking myself for not having read the Google reviews.

The two staff members I engaged with face-to-face (Ethan and Jean-Paul) were friendly enough, but the overall lack of communication, reassurance and general courtesy from the business leaves a lot to be desired.

Updates on production are non-existent; upon chasing, a non-commital response is provided at best. This is further exacerbated by no forewarning of delivery dates until virtually the next day, making it difficult for the average working customer to make arrangements to receive the goods.

Aftercare is terribly poor and contradicts their own terms and conditions on their website.

A recent move from their Dalston shop to a poorly-addressed office in an industrial estate, is billed as a more luxurious and intimate setting, but is more likely driven by declining sales following poor customer care.

Very, very disappointed and moreso that a fellow Ghanaian is running a business which treats their customers with such little value.

Please save yourselves a world of pain and avoid this firm at all costs. I wouldn't wish their service upon my worst enemy.

I bought my wedding suit from Jennis & Warmann. I was disappointed with the quality of the suit. Whilst it does look good, the quality of the material is very poor. It's light, flimsy and may look like tweed but definitely isn't tweed. I wouldn't buy from here again

It was a great experience with Jennis&warmann. Top quality suits at affordable cost, I recommend them to all who care about what they wear.
