Absolute rip off DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! All items are made from cheap material, I’ve had better clothing from TikTok shop for a quarter of the cost. It’s marketed as a London boutique closing down. I’ve requested a return and they’ve emailed me an address in Los Angeles at my own cost! It’s a total scam !!

If I could post zero stars i would! Absolutely shocking shocking quality, obviously from China, took ages to arrive and honestly I could have paid 3.99 from shien for a dress I paid 34.95 from here. DO Not use this Shop!

The product offered is mediocre at best. Return policy is the worst. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAI

I bought a dress from made by jessica portraying it to be a boutique in London and the owner was closing down due to having a baby. I was charged £4.99 for insurance on delivery which i did not ask for. Well the dress came and its absolutely awful, really cheap material, bright yellow buttons on a white dress. I'm going to try to send it back but guessing by reviews I've read I won't have much joy. Should of read the reviews first. Don't buy from this site a total scam all comes from Honkong.

Dress was advertised as LINEN and looked lovely on line, when it eventually arrived it is 95% POLYESTER 5% Elastane - looks cheap and nasty

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - CLOTHES ARE TERRIBLE QUALITY AND THEY IGNORE YOUR REQUEST TO RETURN FOR REFUND. FEEL COMPLETELY SCAMMED, NOT EVEN A LONDON BASED COMPANY, SURELY THE ADVERTISING IS TANTAMOUNT TO FRAUD. WHO MONITORS THE WEBSITES AND COMPANIES. EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNT.

Bought a cotton linen blouse. Absolute rubbish, the fabric is too flimsy to even be used as as dishrag, the finish is dreadful. No refund process, and it has to go back to Hong Kong!

This is a scam company.. please do not order from them. The stuff is cheap garbage from Hong kong . Polyester crap . Sizes are terrible. Theyre charging high prices..

DO NOT BUY from this company, it is not a boutique in London closing because of pregnancy that is a load of tosh, it a Chinese website selling inferior clothing that looks nothing like the product, I bought a trousers and matching top and what looked on the website as a flowing summer dress,both were dreadful, the trousers were several sizes too big, and the colour was nothing like what I'd ordered, the dress was even worse,the material was cheap nothing flowing about that. the print on the dress was only on one side, the top of the dress was tight yet the bottom which was dreadful pleats was huge, it was like two different size dresses had just been sewn together at the waist, which did not fit on the waist but inches higher, it didn't look anything like the dress id thought I'd purchased, websites like this should be shut down, they are getting your money under false advertising, money that you have no chance of getting back, NEVER buy from this company, it is dreadful

This company advertised a well designed linen blend dress What came was a shift like dress . The pattern on the fabric was similar but the dress is shapeless and as I said made of cheap polyester. No linen or cotton was used. I will not buy from this company again.

I purchased a leather jacket for my wife - the jacket is great. But what I didn't realize is that I was signed up for their "member rewards" program - what the heck is that? I have been charged $17 a month for X months for a program I never requested or intended to be a part of! Scam

Stay away, crap fabric, oversized, and deffo over priced. Put in bucket. Total crap. Avoid Avoid keeping your hard earned cash 💸

I wish I’d not been taken in by the slick website and the London tag.. I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews about this company. The dresses I ordered are simply dreadful! The company sells the most amateurishly made dresses that I would not wear even to do the housework. From now on I will buy only from known companies in our high street shops.

Husband ordered asuit! Bloody awful! A dish cloth would look better!! Elasticsted waist! Nothing like photo! Cost £70! Not worth sending back as its to china and have to pay postage! Nevet letting him iorder again!!

I placed an ordered and my 40% off coupon was not accepted. I was told that there was nothing that could be done about it. The order was not billed nor shipped at the time of my inquiry. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was told the supervisor was on another call and there was nothing that she could do about my situation and I was placed on hold for a very long time. When the rep. returned to the call I asked her for the supervisor's name and I was informed that she couldn't provide me with a name. I was then told that someone will call me back in 48 hrs. This company should be rated a 0.

I got caught, going in the bin, sorry land fill, no point in sending back or asking for a refund...................don't order a thing..............it's a con!

I'm still waiting for a dress that I ordered and now been told that my postcode doesn't match the delivery address and I don't think it will arrive. Now seen these reviews and think I've been totally scammed.
Is there a way of getting compensation?

I Did not reed Trustpilot before I bought the blazer big mistake I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH RUBISH in all my life you cannot return the itam because the phone number is not in use. this site is a total scam. please be aware you cannot get in touch with this company so return imposable I am stuck with a blazer which is not the size I ordered so three sizes to small which I WOULD NOT WARE EVEN IF COULD SUCH POOR QUILTY.27

Web site deceitful. Misrepresentation, The dresses I purchased took ages to arrive. The advert I responded too said she was closing due to her having a baby. It does not look like that was true as she is advertising new products. Dresses are not even close to the right size. Fabric is very poor quality. Can’t find out how I can return and get a refund. Despicable that this company lies about every thing. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF

This is the most horrible site. You can't trust sizing and if you try to exchange it's a complicated process. I ordered 6 tops in my original size and they were huge so I tried exchanging them. They advertise no problems with exchanging but through a complicated process. And they screwed that up. The instead credited my original account and less than I originally paid. It was a horrible process trying to order in the correct size, paying once again for shipping even though they advertise and told me there would be no shipping since it was an exchange. When I called customer service, I was told I'd paid shipping again because they'd credited my account instead of treating it like just a credit on Jessica London site. After I had to take original merchandise to ulta to just get a credit and not a refund. I've asked at least 4 times for supervisor but their never available and have to call you back in 48 hours but they never call anyway...beware, this is horrible site with horrible customer service
