I placed an order on May 7 of this year 2026. It was three items, two of them are saying back ordered until June 2. The other arrived today in the mail, it isn’t even Jessica London brand, it’s very cheaply made, and it’s way too big. So I went online to start the return process only to find out that if you do not want a gift card from them as the refund you have to lose $10.99 for their return fees. First of all that’s ridiculous, and when I asked her about the other two back ordered items that I haven’t even received yet. I asked her if I need to return those do I have to pay $10.99 for each of them too? She said yes. I cannot believe this rip off company. Stay away from them far far away, I told her to cancel the two back ordered items I have and to never send me another email catalog nothing from any of their brands because I will never shop any of them again. Just trying to alert people of their bad return policies.

Scam send you substandard goods expensive return and charge you for returning.
Trade in other names. RIP off

This is a scam, please do not get fooled like I did !!
The 3 items costing £90 were not a bit like the pictures on the site. Also far to small.
When I tried to return the phone no. and Email address
were not working.

I placed an order with 3 items, 1 of the items was wrong and came from Woman Within not even Jessica London. I called customer service and was told the sale was final so no exchanges or refunds, the problem is that it was their fault on their end, not mine! I will never order from Jessica London again and I warn you before you do. They have a sneaky way of not providing good customer service when THEY make errors giving people just any random item in the warehouse. I guess I have to take this loss, but it won't happen again!

These people are idiots. I did not receive my points for an order I placed and after speaking to 3 different people at 3 different numbers, the lady told me only card holders get points. Which is not true. No one would help and they kept telling me to call a numberi already called.
Don't buy from here unless you want a headache and to waste half a day with no resolution.

jessica london's shipping charges equal about 35% of the cost of the item(s). THEN, to make it even worse, if you want to return your purchase and you dare to request that your refund be sent to your original method of payment, you are charged $10.99 for returning your purchase. If you want a JL gift card, they won't take out $10.98. But WHY would I want to purchase anything else from them--the quality of their clothes and shoes is not that great. I paid $41.99 for a pair of shoes, $14.69 for shipping and $5.68 for taxes. Over $62 came out of my bank account. After the $10.99 return fee is taken out and the taxes are returned, I'll recoup about $35.00. jessica london STILL MADE over $27 and I don't have ANYTHING.

I was charged over 20$ to return an item that didn’t fit!!!!! It cost 39.60$ and they returned 16.86$. What kinda of racket is this?? Seems criminal to me.

I ORDERED A WHITE LEATHER JACKET IN NOV FOR $99. I END UP PAYING $137.00 BECAUSE THE DISCOUNT CODE DONT/DIDNT APPLY TO BACK ORDERS. N THEY CHARGED ME FOR SHIPPING/HANDLING. THE WHITE LEATHER JACKET I ORDER LOOK LIKE ITS FOR KIDS. I DIDN'T REMOVE THE TAG ON IT. IM SICK OF THEM. I WISH THERE WAS ANOTHER COMPANY I COULD ORDER FROM.

Placed an order on 01/17/2025. After completing the sale the site informed me that the garment would not be sent until 06/2026. Checked my credit card and the charge is pending - it was barely 24 hrs. Sent an email to request cancel - the site had no way to cancel orders. Reply was that since the computer said that it was processing, the order could not be cancelled but the garment could be returned when I receive it. My reply was no issue with the garment but the shipping date with the order having been charged. I requested a date when it would be shipped (they already indicated that I would receive it several days after it arrived in the US). My reply was to express my disappointment at not being able to recommend their business. Further, send the email to a human supervisor to have them credit my card because they were conducting wire fraud. Also indicated that upstanding businesses don’t charge until a good has been provided. I am irritated that they will be sitting with my money and I have nothing in hand.

I bought a pair of gloves from Jessica London in a size 8 1/2. The gloves I received are smaller than the minimum acceptable width for that size by at least a full half inch. When I went to their website to process a return, I discovered that they would be charging me a 'processing fee' for the return - unless I chose to take my refund in a store credit.
Since this is the first time I have purchased from this company, and this purchase was definitely not satisfactory, I have no desire to buy anything else from them, so I do not want store credit. It wasn't just the inaccurate sizing - these gloves were rather low quality, and certainly not the 'luxe' product they were advertising.
Between the shipping fee - which they are not returning under any circumstances - and the processing fee, I would be paying approximately $27 for a pair of $40 gloves that they would be getting back, and I would be responsible for dropping them off at a return center.
So I've gone to PayPal instead, hoping they will be more reasonable.
Also - when I authorized the payment for this purchase, the amount I authorized was $39.99 (the price of the gloves), but some time between the time I clicked the 'pay' button and the time the actual payment amount was charged, an additional $14.98 was added. I understand this was a shipping charge, and although it's high for a 3 ounce package that took over a week to arrive, I probably would have voluntarily paid it. But I never had the choice - they simply added the charge without letting me know what it was in advance. Very shady operation.

I ordered some dress boots on 12/23. I eventually got an email saying they were on back order & they’d arrive on 1/26. I tried to cancel the order because of the delay. And they REFUSED saying I could contact them return them after they finally ship. WTAF!

I placed an order and never received a confirmation, there was a deadline for the shoes needed. I called , they said they would send me confirmation, 10 days later the shoes arrive late, I had already purchased other shoes and these were no longer needed. Then they charge $10.99 for “processing fee”? When they are the ones that messed up and provided terrible customer service,

After 5 long phone calls, speaking with a supervisor in Indiana he said, they said my coat shipped but FEDEX didn't have it. A label was created but that's as far as it went. Supervisor assured me I would have in 5-7 business days since the label was created. The last lady I spoke to told the truth.....they are out of stock and she does not know why a label was created. She was going to try to overnight another one and found out no stock even before I was told it had shipped. Now I am watching to see if my account really gets credited.

This is the worst company customer services is awful,
Only order from them if you can afford to waste money, the returns are horrendours you have to pay for the return or the other option is they give you 10% back so if you pay a 100 pound they will return you 10 pound

Poor quality, not what I ordered

Worst customer service EVER!! They won’t cancel my order it hasn’t even been shipped!!! No supervisor to speak to you can tell the Representative isn’t from America! He kept saying uh-huh so basically my phone autofill put in the wrong address and they can’t update it and won’t refund my money till I return the item but either way if the WRONG address was entered we’ll NEVER get the item which means we’ll never get a refund! So $92 down the drain!

Shoe sizes too small. £36 to return goods to China and then they charge $10 per item for return. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Don’t use this company. They are scam merchants

False advertising of goods. Material so poor I haven’t even tried them on. I will be amazed if I get a refund. This company is a scam. Do not purchase from them. I have emailed them numerous times and not even had an acknowledgment. I’m definitely going to Trading Standards. This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star

I purchased a few items one of them being a pair of pajamas that had with purchase a pair of matching slippers. Igot the pajamas not the slippers.I contacted customer service three times no response.
Even worse the dye from the pajamas left a blue film all over my mother. I has washed them 2 times and still the blue residue is evident .

This company is a scam. have ordered shoes, they finally arrived and look nothing like the picture on the website. I am hoping I will get a refund, but not holding my breath. Iyt is shocking that they are allowed to have a business afddress in the UK
