La mia giacca shearling è arrivata in Italia in 10 giorni e la qualità è eccellente. La pelle ha una sensazione davvero pregiata e le cuciture sono impeccabili. L’unico lato negativo è stato il costo della dogana, più alto di quanto mi aspettassi, ma la giacca in sé vale assolutamente la spesa. Ottimo anche il supporto clienti: hanno risposto rapidamente a tutte le mie domande!

I recently ordered a jacket valued at $139 and chose the $40 expedited shipping option, expecting it to arrive in just a few days. Unfortunately, it took 15 days to arrive, which was quite disappointing given the extra shipping fee.
Additionally, upon delivery in Italy, I had to pay a €70 customs fee — something I honestly didn’t expect to be that high for the value of the goods.
The jacket itself is fine — great quality, looks just like the pictures, and I’m happy with how it feels. However, the size I chose turned out to be too small (my mistake), and I was disappointed to find out that returns or exchanges were not really an option due to the complexity of the return process and high additional costs.
That said, I want to give full credit to the customer support team — they were incredibly responsive, helpful, and polite in all of our email communications. They tried their best to assist me and offered clear explanations and solutions within their limits.

Got the Adidas Chinese New Year jacket in blue material is honestly up to the mark, feels premium and comfy. Looks even better in person than the pictures. Only downside, delivery came 4 days later than what the site mentioned, which was a bit annoying.
AVOID!!!! Ordered a Carhartt jacket and was sent a very poor fake !!! No tags basic stitching ! This website is a scam selling very inferior replicas
