Jigsaw Estates Reviews

We recently bought our house through Jigsaw Estates and we found David and his team, extremely responsive, helping to unblock challenges that arose along the way. David’s commitment to seeing the transaction close required coordination with the many stakeholders up and down the chain and I honestly feel that without his involvement, we would not have completed! I would definitely use them again!!

Made the selling process as easy as the English legal system will allow! Did what they said they would. Friendly, professional and straight talking. David, Chris, Rebekah and Nina make a great team. Job done. Thank you.

We have found the whole experience of buying a property through Jigsaw very easy . Richard has been so good at keeping us up to date , He has been very helpful and available through out the process

Jigsaw have been so helpful and friendly the whole way through our buying experience.

Nina, especially, has been fantastic! Friendly and informative and keeping in touch every step of the way to keep us up to date!

David and his team are really knowledgeable and acted really professionally and worked really hard to get us moved.Execellent service and we definitely recommend using Jigsaw.
Huge thanks David

David and team had a challenging job from the start, great property with the M3 being a little too close. They accompanied at least 20 potential purchasers around in the first 2 weeks resulting in 3 offers. More challenging times with the bottom of the chain but they held it together. We were kept fully aware of all movements "Good and bad" until exchange of contracts yesterday. Completion next week. Could not recommend Jigsaw high enough. Thank you very much.

David and the Jigsaw team are all really great people who genuinely help their clients. The process to sell our house was so easy and stress free and David was a great sounding board when we were looking at a property to buy. Highly recommend them!

5 Stars to Jigsaw
Thankyou

Just sold my property through Jigsaw.
Excellent and professional service from start to completion. Chris, David and the team were outstanding in terms of customer service and managing the whole chain and the various solicitors involved. Efficient, helpful and always in regular contact. The whole selling experience was in trusted and competent hands. Chris and David are extremely confident having the ability to reassure their customers during the selling and purchasing journey. Outstanding knowledge of the property market business. 100% professional services, with a human touch in terms of the kindness and support they offer. A million thanks.

From the valuation to completion, Jigsaw were outstanding throughout. Chris, Rebekah and Nina were all there to help at every stage, always friendly, honest and at the end of the phone whenever we needed. It made the difficult process of moving house so much more bearable having their support and advice and it is so refreshing to find a company who genuinely care about their clients and work tirelessly to provide a fantastic service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

These guys went above and beyond for us.
Thank you

David and his team have provided a professional and friendly service throughout our house sale.
He also acted for the owner of our current property when we bought. That’s why I used Jigsaw to sell our house.
I had viewings with other estate agents when I viewed properties and they did not come up to their standard.
100% full recommended

There is no doubt in my mind that if we were to ever move again, Jigsaw Estate agents would 100% be the company I would choose to sell through. Richard was professional, had the patience of a saint, was always contactable, extremely knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to reach the exchange. Although our house sale was a bit of a long rollercoaster, Richard was “ever the optimist” and got us there in the end. Jigsaw are fantastic and I would absolutely highly recommend them. Huge thank you Richard.

I’d really recommend using jigsaw. They gave me a really fair and good valuation for my flat and were excellent at communicating all the way through the process. Everything Nina committed to was done on time and as promised. Nina was polite, friendly and efficient throughout the whole process and I’m really grateful for all of her help

Nina was amazing when buying my first home. She is incredibly efficient, patient, helpful and informative. There were loads of things I didn’t understand and many frustrations along the way with solicitors but Nina was always quick to answer my questions and willing to help chase solicitors when necessary! I would definitely use Jigsaw again!

Jigsaw Estate agents are a fantastic company and really looked after me during the purchase of my property. My purchase was not at all straight forward and Nina at Jigsaw made sure I was kept in the loop and up to date with reassuring regularity. Superb service and friendly all the way through till past completion.

Chris was excellent throughout the whole process start to finish, answered all questions I had and dealt with everything all within the timescale given I couldn’t recommend jigsaw mortgages enough!! This is the second property they have dealt with for me and the only mortgage broker I would use

Chris was brilliant in ensuring we moved before our mortgage deadline. Proactive, honest, realistic with his pricing, always available for help and guidance, he and his Jigsaw team delivered a brilliant customer experience. Highly recommended.
