David and Nina have been incredible all the way through our first house purchase. They have made the process really easy and have been very friendly and approachable. Their communication is flawless and have kept us regularly updated throughout the process and are always on hand to answer any queries. These guys are brilliant. Not just that they advertised our flat brilliantly and sold it in 3 days, or the low rates, it was everything else.

Chris was fantastic start to finish, the complete opposite of everything you hear about estate agents. Always on the ball, keeping us informed, chasing when necessary, just generally being highly competent. We also got great advice on which solicitors to use and a few other services during the process. Chris was also instrumental in getting us exchanged quickly, proactively chasing everyone’s solicitors on our behalf.

Can’t recommend highly enough, night and day difference vs any agents we’ve used in the past.

Chris Oakey was absolutely fantastic. He couldn’t be more helpful, and was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of our sale. He was always one step ahead of any potential problem, which made our selling experience completely stress-free.

Just bought a semi-detached through Jigsaw, this is our first time to buy property in UK and we experienced a premium class service from Richard, even the exchange period is much longer than expected, he keeps updating us on the progress, giving professional consultation, etc.

I would like to give 10 stars if I could, I am not hesitate to use them again and introduce them to my friends and family.
