Jinnxbox press has fraudulently stolen my money which was £600 for my children’s book for charity for the children of the world Mark the owner and Jay his side kick both took my money promised me via contract NDA that my marketing and book would be completed only to find out they all went on vacation ywo weeks later they haven’t even started it and now refuse to refund my money back to my account that was all that I had left please don’t make the same mistake that I fraudulently fell into I have reported them to the police and rhe ISBN in the uk and civil rights leaflets team they are absolute scum of the earth

Update 13.3.26 I paid £3000 for JINNX BOOKS PRESS to publish my trilogy they failed to do this only adding the first book I wrote I proof read I edited I designed the covers and illustrations they did nothing they only added it on KDP in India and failed to have the paperback approved by KDP as they messed up the book cover so I had to fix and sort that myself I reported them to my banks scam app fraud team who investigated and refunded all my money labelling them a scam company I urge all of you who paid this scam company to go to your banks and ask for a refund it's so easy to do they will refund you and hopefully we can bankrupt them and drive them out success story they didn't realise who they took on when they met me! I also self published my trilogy and built my own website within 25 days success all round for me

Replying with the "matter is with the compliance team" is a classic stalling tactic used by predatory companies to silence authors and prevent them from taking further action. By claiming it is with their compliance team they are trying to sound like a large legitimate corporation but they don't fool me as they have been in my life causing nothing but stress and chaos for nearly one year! I know them well now! there is a maximum of 4 people in this scammer setup, all of them sound the same too (asian) None of them know basic grammar there is no editing team no design team no proof-readers you are expected to it yourself as they turn it against you saying if you don't review check their changes adjustments etc they will publish it full of errors. This means it takes you longer to check their changes and errors then it does to write three books! lIke I discovered! They use many gas lighting techniques against you too! They think they can make me wait keep me dangling it will be at their detriment! Anyone want all my proof that is in writing email me and I will provide in-depth evidence! Lets shut down this scamming group of thieves! Many social media groups are now active gathering all the real negative reviews and scams this group of bandits have done to hard working people!

They actively spam authors whose names and book titles they have found on Amazon, emailing them ridiculous offers, without knowing what they are talking about. They would write to a poet, "Have you ever thought of turning your book to a film script?" According to their site, they are a print-on-demand service. Their quality and pricing remain unknown. On Facebook, they posted ten fake reviews for the books they have allegedly published, although I couldn't find any of those books anywhere. The website doesn't have a masthead with the names of the people who are running these operations. Stay away!
