My experience was excellent. I have been shopping JJHC since 2018. I would have given 5 stars but the free cork strip inlays mentioned with the order were not included on delivery :(

This place is dangerous! I was able to find a hat in my style and size (which is so hard to do) but was served up a few others that I loved too! An experience that is far too rare nowadays.

Yes, this is our first purchase. We are replacing a cap that we purchase when we were in Belgium.
This is our first purchase from, JJ Hat Center. We are currently waiting for an authorization to return; the cap we ordered was the too large. I believe we will wait to evaluate and have better experience with JJ to comment then.

My husband really likes his hat, it's made well and the fit is perfect. I gave the company a 4 because of the poor instructions to initiate an exchange, and the following E-mails that were not at all clear in the process. They were however very quick in sending the replacement we needed.
