Excellent selection and service
I loved so much about my first experience with JJ Hat Center. The selection was outstanding, and I absolutely love my new Panama hat with a cool two-tone weave. The service was excellent. I ended up needing to do an exchange because the XL was just a little too big for my head, but JJ Hat Center made the process about as easy as it could possibly have been. Delivery was lightning fast, which was great, because I was shopping somewhat belatedly for a wedding. I'm so pleased and grateful, and I'll be looking forward to shopping here again. Thank you!

JJ’s has a great selection of flat caps. I understand that they have a high profile NY Fifth Avenue brick and mortar store that cost $$$$ to operate but charging more than double what their competitors charge for the same hat makes a person think twice.

I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases from JJ Hat Center over the years. The only thing I have been disappointed with my last 2 purchases is with your hat boxes. They don’t have a handle on them. Please make the correction.

Still have not received my order
Still have not received my order. Did not know that this would have to come from another country. It was supposed to have arrived yesterday, but seems to have stopped somewhere in Alabama with no further information.

The new JJ Hats
Good product, wide selection. However hats require the advice of an expert and this was swept away by the foreign owner in the servitude of profit. The store has lost it’s soul.

POOR CALL SYSTEM
For the amount of money I pay and number of hats I buy I would expect better service.
Multiple calls to both the local shop on fifth Ave and the 1-800 number went unanswered.
I need resolution for exchanging a hot for a different size please. I went to the local store and they were unable to help me.

Excellent Service, Rare Inventory Items
JJ Hat Center provided an excellent service that went beyond my expectations. Their inventory contained an otherwise out of stock hat, which arrived in perfect condition, shipped express worldwide arriving from Europe overnight. I did not pay for special shipping, they just operate at a very high level. I had an excellent experience with them.

I paid for my item and have not received it as of yet…
I paid for my item and have received many emails from customs requesting information from me that is supposed to come from the shipper. I have replied to the emails every time and have reached out to JJ Hat Center for assistance. At this time It's been almost 3 weeks and still have not received my item. I have requested a call fem JJ Hat Center and have not received one as of yet. I am looking forward to receiving my item and will revisit my review once I do.
