The best price I could find online for…
The best price I could find online for R‑Whites Raspberry Lemonade — the same product on Amazon was nearly three times the cost.
Took a chance and ordered, and the service, packaging, and delivery were all spot‑on. I’ll happily use them again.

Awful experience
Awful experience, waiting over 3 days even though the tracking still says “DPD expecting your parcel shortly.” I ordered 2 items, but 1 was partially refunded because it was supposedly out of stock. However, after checking every day for the last 3 days, it still shows as in stock, which is disgusting and very misleading for other customers.

We completely understand your frustration. The tracking showing “DPD expecting your parcel shortly” for several days is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We are also sorry that one of the items had to be partially refunded after you had already placed your order.
Regarding the stock availability, we appreciate how misleading this can appear when an item continues to show as available on the website. Unfortunately, stock discrepancies can occasionally occur between our website and our warehouse stock, and we apologise that this happened with your order. We certainly would never intentionally advertise an item as available when we cannot fulfil it.
We are taking your feedback seriously and will look into both the stock discrepancy and the delay with the courier, as we want to make sure our customers receive accurate information and a reliable service.
We are very sorry that we fell short on this occasion, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
