Only 50% of my order arrived, I have not heard from the company and Ian the delivery driver said he would be delivering the rest last week !!

We are really sorry to hear that only part of your order arrived initially and apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
The first time our office became aware of the missing items was when this review was posted. Thank you for taking the time to speak with us and explain what had happened. During our conversation, you kindly explained that Lee, our delivery driver, had advised he would bring the remaining stock later in the week. Unfortunately, this was not completed as the paperwork needed to arrange the outstanding delivery was not raised.
We have spoken with Lee regarding this and made him aware of the review and the importance of ensuring any outstanding items are followed up and communicated clearly.
Thank you again for your order and for giving us the opportunity to put this right once we were made aware of the issue. We hope you are happy with how it was resolved, and we really appreciate your understanding.

Great company offering loads of drinks and pub snacks.
Only gave 4 stars this time as i paid express delivery 1-2 working days had to wait 5 days later but the dispatch was quick the products are well packaged definitely using this company all the time now.

Excellent experience with JL Brooks from start to finish.
The products were exactly as described, competitively priced, and represented great value for money. My order was packed extremely well, with everything arriving in perfect condition.
Delivery was handled by DPD and was completely hassle-free. The parcel arrived on time, tracking updates were accurate, and the whole process was smooth and professional.

We have raised this with our warehouse manager to investigate. We have also been advised that the manufacturer is currently repackaging and resizing Cadbury’s Eclairs, and we were not made aware of this change at the time. We apologise for the overlap and any inconvenience caused.

Great service from JL Brooks but poor DPD delivery.
Great service as always. Love this drink. DPD let you down on this one as they didn’t bother ringing doorbell just dumped boxes directly outside my front door. When asked to put in garage he proceeded to put it back in his van saying he only had one minute to unload. Then next morning two more boxes dumped outside then later that day two more boxes left outside my front door. Total of four deliveries for one order. This is not a reflection of JL Brooks just how poor DPD operated.
