Delicious popcorn with some really interesting flavours! Make excellent gifts.

The best popcorn ever, I love all the different flavours they are all so nice.
I was lucky enough to get their advent calendar last year and it was a real treat having joe and sephs every day :D
I'm always kept upto date with my parcel Via the shop app and emails and all parcels arrive really fast with the exception of the vodafone very me orders which take a little bit longer but thats expected for a small business and having loads of orders.

I originally heard about Joe & Sephs on QVC years ago. Never purchased any as I thought they were overpriced. 3/4 years later, I see a Vodafone offer on them, so I decide to try it and my god are they delicious! The popcorn is lovely, could be bigger portions but I can't complain. My favorite is the chocolate covered popcorn half bite things (cant remember what they're called)

Fabulous popcorn, in a huge selection of both sweet and savoury. The re-sealable pouches mean you can savour over time. Great for yourself or as a gift.

Delivery has always been within time frame given.
Some of the flavours are great, both the sweet and the savoury. There are the standard flavours to suit the 'not so brave' and the more posher flavours for those willing to try.
I have the subscription each month which gives 8 small packets each different flavour, this gives me opportunity to try ones I wouldn't normally pick.
They are on the expensive side - but they are posh flavours and meant as a treat.
I have only found a couple I don't like so far, both contain cheese. Ginger, lime and lemongrass the favourite so far

Ordered some chocolate covereed popcorn for a movie night in a promotion run in June. The delivery was later than they promise and didn't arrive for our planned event. Fobbed off with an excuse about delaying postage because the chocolate might melt in the warm weather - surely they could have foreseen this in June and let people know. Tasty product but poor service.

The first order made came (admittedly I was waiting a while), but no problems. The second one I've been waiting more than a month (it was made on the 8th of May) for and made various email enquiries about to no avail.

Update: finally arrived yesterday 14th June

Excellent products and customer service. Had a slight mix up with my order in receiving one product in place of another. Contacted them and they replied same day, sent out new product straightaway. Thank you so much

VERY OVERPRICED , VERY RICH. Too rich for my tastes.
Also worth noting that this company doesn't have a money back guarantee if you don't like there products. And at about £3/£4 for a tiny bag it's slot to waste.
Wouldn't buy from again.

Bought from Joe & Seph’s for a few years and never had any problems or disappointments. Great selection, quick delivery and great taste. Highly recommended not just for the sweet but also the savoury.

10 days after paying and placing an order they have only just posted 2nd class royal mail (so add another 4-5days) and only made contact after i emailed them to find out what was going on:(

I got to know about the company through Voxi drop. So I ordered for a free popcorn but even after waiting for 2-3 weeks I didn't receive the package. I sent an email to the company that I haven't received the package, the company was very kind and they sent another package of popcorn to my address.
I tried both popcorn's and I like them both. Especially I like the white chocolate popcorn. I will definitely reorder in the future.

This is my favourite popcorn ever!
I'm probably on my tenth order and always get the bundles. The popcorn tastes so fresh and customer service is always good. Takes about 5 working days to arrive. Honestly I'd fully recommend Joe and sephs', their variety is excellent and really tasty

Super customer service after a minor mistake with my order. Resolved it in a professional manner and has led me an extremely happy customer m. As for the products, they are in a league of their own! Simply the best popcorn you can buy and great to support a small business. Would highly recommend!
